Dom jest otoczony zielenią i zlokalizowany jest w cichej, spokojnej okolicy. Dom jest podzielony na dwa mieszkania, u góry mieszkają gospodarze, a dół jest wynajmowany dla turystów.

Reagan Park, a great place for walks, picnics, and cycling, begins almost at the block.
