Holiday rentals with beach access in Beykoz

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

We had great time at Sami's flat. It is a cozy, very clean and the sitting room specially is very calming. You wake up with the smell of fresh bread from the bakery opposite the building. The area is full of restaurants and shops, very close to the Bosporus and easy access to other attractions. It was so nice we actually love to go back.

We had an overly fun and nice time. The environment felt both very clean and like a small nest. You were able to get quick answers to your questions because the interest was extremely high. We thank Mr. Gökhan for hosting us in the best way on these two beautiful days and recommend it to those who will go.

We stayed here for a little over a week. The landscape is gorgeous, peaceful and serene. The inside of the apartment is beautiful, especially the living room and dining room. The beds are big and comfortable, and the heating and cooling works great. Zafer was a great host and answered any questions I had, and worked hard to fix any issues. There are a lot of great places to eat in the area, too. Thank you Zafer!

Hülya is a great host. Polite, informative and helpful, when asked. Tolerant to the pets - most important for us. We will be staying there on our next vist to İstanbul.

Our experience with this place was truly remarkable. The house was clean and we had extras of every basic thing we might need. The place was just like the pictures. Our host provided a very easy check in process with clear details, worked with us to flex the check in and check out times for our needs, and was just in general very easy to reach and very resposive to any questions or concerns we had. The area is very close to the sea, there were great cafe’s and restaurants, as well as great scenery’s. The people around were also very friendly and pleasant to be around. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to visit Kadıköy!

Very comfortable and extremely clean house. Beautiful garden! Easy to access, and perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The chickens were definitely the highlight of our trip! Muge is a fantastic host. She was very nice and made us feel right at home. One of a kind. Truly a gem.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s place in Beyoğlu! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. We especially loved the location – it was very central and close to everything important (sightseeing: e.g. galata tower etc.)! A big thank you to Ali, who was an amazing host – always helpful, quick to respond, and very kind. We felt well taken care of from the very beginning. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul! 🙌
