This place was absolutely perfect for us. Comfy and well-appointed, and close to the pool and the river. We would be glad to recommend.

This was the perfect way to relax and be by the river in New Braunfels. This place was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family. 😍 I come to New Braunfels at least once a year. I will definitely book it again if it is available the next time I’m here.

Had an awesome stay! Joe and Crystal were great—Crystal was super communicative with updates about the river flooding and made sure we had all the info we needed. The place was super clean, easy to find, and the instructions were crystal clear (pun not intended but it works 😂). Definitely a 10/10—would totally stay again! East access to the river, shuttle pick ups, great balcony set up. The round chair was the hit of the trip. Thank you for being wonderful Hosts and we hope to see you next year!

This place was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at in a long time. I have had several horror stories when it comes to cleanliness and this place was immaculate! So clean and beautifully decorated. The area is gared and so quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and helpful. We left an item behind and he made it easy to arrange a pickup. We greatly appreciate that!

Marks place was great for our stay in San Antonio. It has a plenty quality amenities. Everything is clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for us who are here for work—quiet and convenient with an HEB and some restaurants near by. The gated apartment complex feels safe. Mark’s communication is attentive and timely. We definitely would stay at Mark’s place in the future.

We grew up in NB and can confirm that you literally can’t get a better location than this. This home is only a few minutes walk from pretty much everything… the Comal River, Schlitterbahn, downtown NB, Landa Park, and amazing restaurants. The home is cozy, private and the layout is fantastic. Our kids loved staying here and affectionately called it “the big house”. Cathy was a fabulous host. She was incredibly responsive and provided all of the information we needed and more. We will definitely be booking another trip here in the future!

Very convenient and nice. Would stay again - Tania was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. Five stars. One caveat - the complex locks and you need keys or a vehicle to exit! I occasionally tried to walk my dog without keys and realized I couldn’t get out of the gate - however it feels so so so so safe that it is worth the minor inconvenience of carrying a key. Again, good Airbnb.

Claudia’s place was great for a long weekend trip. We visited for March Madness and stayed at her place, a little further away from downtown, approx 20 min drive. The area is safe and quiet. The house is spacious and quiet. We will definitely stay again when we come back!

This was an excellent apartment for our stay in San Antonio during a convention. The place was very spacious, had three decent sized bedrooms each with their own en suite and everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you - we’ll be back again!

A great spot to stay while exploring New Braunfels. Close to everything and not too noisy at night. The home had everything we needed and some nice extras like a small toy box for the kiddo to play. The owner left clear directions so things like extra towels and blankets were easy to find. We can't wait to return for another stay.

The place itself was really nice and clean! It's close proximity to both the Comal River and Schliterbahn made it the ideal location to spend a Memorial Day weekend. There were also many public grills (some with benches) which were easily accessible from the unit. Communication was constant and transparent, I really appreciated the contactless check-in which eliminated any stress to rush out to the main office before they closed. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to spend a quick weekend getaway!

Cool place with private river access and a pool. Good Location to go float the river or go downtown. Host was fast to respond to any questions I had. Would stay here again.

We were able to check in earlier then the set time which helped and the home was very inviting walking in and staying there. Was like being home but a different and peaceful environment. We would love to stay here again when the opportunity presents itself again. Thank you again Mary for the amazing experience we had while staying there. Loved every day of it

Great stay. Fonda was very informative about activities around the condo and saved us some money by doing so. She was responsive and the airbnb was clean and a perfect size for our river trip!

Loved the condo looks like it had been upgraded recently, perfect view on the balcony, very clean, and great front desk service. Was at the end of the river walk so it was peaceful and quiet at night, but still very close to all the things to do. 100% will book again!!!
