The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

Boasting a Queen size bed, a full kitchen and bathroom, and everything in between, you are bound to have a relaxing getaway... with a little bit of adventure! The spacious deck (with hot tub) overlooks the forest, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Welcome to our cozy 3-bed, 1-bath retreat in beautiful Frankfort, Mi! Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Hockey Themed Room w/Hot Tub Access /Wooded Trails

This is a unique hotel-style single room with a loft has room for up to seven people. The "Hockey Room" is a themed room that overlooks an outdoor hockey rink in the winter time and play area in the summer time. There are multiple rentals on this property, but they are all spread out in different locations. There are trails to explore on the 20 acre wooded property and you will have shared access to the outdoor hot tub. Please note that the loft is only four feet high. Kids love it!

Cozy Lake Street Retreat

Kick back and enjoy this updated, wooded retreat. It is just up the hill from Crystal Lake, and the Betsie Valley Trail, and is close to beaches, rivers, Crystal Mt., shopping, dining, breweries, hospitals, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore! The well appointed upper level kitchen opens to the dining/living area, all with lovely views of the woods, and some seasonal peeks of Crystal Lake. For privacy, there is a bed/bath on each level. Relax on the decks, or warm up by the fire pit.

Up North Cabin in the Village at Crystal Mountain

Cozy Log cabin on the 8th green of the Betsie Valley golf course in the Village of Crystal Mountain. Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, Historic Frankfort, Arcadia Bluffs and Little River Casino all within a 30 minute drive. Must be over 25 years of age to rent. We wash all bedding and towels with Lysol laundry soap. We clean all bathrooms and kitchens with Lysol. We also spray all remotes, light switches and door handles, to ensure all surfaces are clean and germ free.

Newly Renovated Crystal Lake Cottage

Entire lake house with plenty of sleeping space for families. Four bedrooms and seven beds (counting two trundle beds). The house was recently renovated to add a sun room and transform the first floor into an open concept with a spacious kitchen and living room. There are two sets of washer/dryer in the basement to accommodate large groups. Walk across the street to Crystal Lake, wander two blocks to downtown for a meal or hang out back by the creek and listen for frogs by campfire light.
