House of excellent standard in a gated community in Igarape. 2 independent en-suites, with a large balcony, gourmet area and spacious kitchen. It has a swimming pool, facing the woods with ample green space. You'll rest and have a lot of fun! We have a sand court for volleyball or peteca. You will host in a cozy farm, close to B H, with a lot of contact with nature. You can do many things: birdwatching, walking in the woods, bike rides, watching the cattle and horses in the pastures. It has chickens, dogs, a lake to rest. In the house has a delicious traditional cuisine, barbecue in an environment all prepared for comfort and functionality. 2 Bathrooms and 4 spacious bedrooms for 14 people. There are 3 double beds and the others are single.
