Come enjoy and relax in my cozy duplex penthouse overlooking Vielha and its spectacular mountains. It is located 8 minutes from Vielha on foot and 2 minutes by car. The penthouse does not have parking, although it is easy to park for free in the surrounding area. The apartment is very bright, has two bedrooms with a full bathroom each, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning fireplace. It is a very quiet area, as the house only consists of two floors. It has Wi-Fi.

The access to the slopes is really easy, as the Esquirós chairlift is located just a hundred meters away, in Tanau, level 1700. The house has a perfectly designed distribution for large families or for more than one family. As you enter the hall, there are two independent entrances that separate the apartment in two. The two areas are connected through a door that separates the two living rooms.

1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house.
