Wonderful house for 1 person or couple! The studio is very warm and inviting; the sweetest kitchen. On the street there is a wonderful lawn, silence, birds sing in the morning. There is a terrace with a dining table for warm weather. I highly recommend it to anyone who fits the size. To the center - a few minutes by car; on foot - 15 minutes. Richard and his representative Erkin are always available. Great place to stay!

This place is a hidden gem in Kyrgyzstan. The location is absolutely perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet just minutes away from the city. It’s the ideal base for exploring the region: dozens of Kyrgyzstan’s most beautiful spots are easily reachable by car. The hosts are incredibly kind, warm, and helpful — they made us feel truly welcome. If you’re looking for a calm retreat with quick access to all the natural and cultural treasures nearby, this is the place to be. Highly recommend — would love to come back!
