Holiday rentals with lake access in Berrien County

We loved how close this cute little house was to the downtown area. It was clean and tidy, beds were firm, but ok. It has a nice big yard, with plenty of outdoor seating. Would recommend.

We enjoyed Lisa’s home. Very cozy and with many personal touches. Loved the fireplace and wooded surroundings. The heat and hot water worked well. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds and bedrooms are a bit small and one of the best parts of the house is the outdoor area - which isn’t really useable when the weather turns cold as it did when we visited. Lisa and Allison were lovely to deal with and very responsive to our inquiries. I’d go back.

Jacson was a super responsive host!! The house is spacious, the deck is also spacious and gorgeous, and the hot tub is huge!! We really had an amazing weekend with our gaggle of girls. Lots of beds and couches and towels, too!!

We recently spent a lovely weekend at Lake Solis. The house could not be more well stocked, cleaner or any more cozy and well designed. Every last detail is thoughfully designed to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Out of all the houses in the development, this house has the best location, with a private beachfront and unobstructed views of the peaceful little lake. The host has been super friendly and accomodating. She requires no special rules upon checkout, instead wanting to make sure her guests simply enjoy their stay without having to worry about chores. And the best part - pets are welcome! Our yellow lab Bruno had an absolute blast, spending time in nature with all of us! Thank you!!!

Stayed here with our toddlers and another family , visiting from out of state. This place is BEAUTIFUL. It looks like it should be in a magazine. The proximity and accessibility to the beach is incredible - we basically spent all of our time at the property with no need to go into town. Having a laundry, fire pit, hot tub, and grill available to use was a dream. I would say that there were more amenities here than at most places. Jeremy was great when we had questions - thank you! We would gladly come here every year as part of our annual Michigan trip. Note that if you are staying with small children: Not child friendly! White furniture, steep stairs! Luckily the photos were representative and we came with covers, etc. Thank you so much for hosting us. We look forward to maybe staying again next year!

An incredible home in the most peaceful setting. This was our first family trip with our infant son, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house had everything we needed, and was very spacious. Anything else we needed was less than a 15 minute drive away, and had beautiful scenery on the drives!

We needed a quiet weekend and Pati’s place delivered: Great, cozy spot. Close to restaurants and activities.

Cynthia and Thomas place was great for our lake getaway. Their house is very cozy and private. Huge backyard with a fireplace, sauna, jacuzzi and lots of space for a toddler to run around. Everything was very well thought through! The house is in a secluded area of Benton harbor so you def need a car to get around but it’s a very short drive to multiple beautiful beaches. We would totally come back!

Beautiful space located extremely close to the beach and downtown area. We left our car parked in the lot the entire weekend and were able to easily navigate throughout the area. The apartment was spacious and clean! Angela and team provided easy communication and instructions throughout the entire process. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights and it has the most beautiful view of Lake Michigan! We arrived later in the evening and were so thankful that our host left us with restaurant menus and recommendations, we loved the pizza. Place was clean and very well stocked with linens and even coffee and some water in the fridge. The beach is a steep staircase away (it was a bit rough, and my legs hurt, but it’s worth the trek). Also thank you sooo much for letting us use your beach chairs! We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset. It was magical and the views are to die for! Our only complaint would be the lack of communication that the host would be staying on site during the same weekend as us. The listing brags about a private beach and yet at one point the hosts wife appeared 15-20 feet sitting directly behind us reading a book. We felt like teenagers being watched by our mother. We decided to take a walk, and when we came back she was gone, but it was weird.

Loved staying here, super close to the beach. Quiet and clean, no issues. It was all about the location for us. Check in was simple, hosts were kind and responsive to messages. Would absolutely stay here again.

Sameena was wonderful and extremely responsive. This was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we have been to. We had three toddlers with us and weren’t worried about the cleanliness of the floors, walls or surfaces. The very pleasant cleaning woman lives close by if anything comes up. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. The only inconvenience is that there isn’t a washer and dryer in the home but there is one available to use down the street with clear instructions on how to get there. Overall this was a wonderful experience with plenty of space!

Great place to stay for my family of 3! Very cute, spacious, clean, welcoming and so close to downtown and everything you need! Claire was very responsive and easy to talk to/ask questions. Highly recommend :)

This unit was very comfortable and very spacious. It really has everything you need - towels galore, pool and beach amenities (chairs,noodles,cooler,etc), cleaning products, extra mirrors, cords, kitchen stuff - even those toiletries that you might have forgotten. The beds and bedding were very comfortable which is always lovely on a vacation! Patricia was so easy to work with and always answered my questions quickly. The pool was nicely heated and clean. The beach was mostly deserted so I felt like it was my private beach! The walkway down to the beach is paved and renting the golf cart made it even more of an adventure to go up and down that hill! I plan to be back!

Erica's listing was great. I would stay there again for sure. amazing communication and since the place was not booked before or after she gave us early check in/late check out if we wanted to utilize it.

We LOVED this place! Quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood which made it wonderful to relax and take several walks. Even a Nice short leisurely walk to the beach. We used the campfire pit a lot, since it was a cooler weekend than normal. The place was super clean, cute, cozy and comfy! Close to everything we wanted to do restaurants, ice cream, bike rides, etc. Peter was a wonderful host and even had a bottle of wine for us in the refrigerator to help celebrate our anniversary! We will be back!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and flexible, making everything so easy and welcoming from start to finish. This home holds a lot of sentimental value for our family — we spent many years vacationing in this area growing up — and it meant so much to be able to return to the area and create new memories in such a beautiful, well-kept space. We couldn’t be more grateful and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, meaningful getaway.

loved our stay at this cottage! very private and peaceful. the inside is a bit outdated but that’s to be expected with a lot of michigan homes along the coast, we’ve discovered. the ac unit was not working when we arrived, the host was very responsive and got an alternate ac unit to install the next day (wasn’t needed, the ac unit did end up kicking on after a very short power outage during a storm) cozy inside, had everything we needed. bed in the room with the window unit was nice and comfortable. loved laying on the bed in the sunroom and reading while it was raining outside ❤️ very peaceful and the location was great. not a whole lot nearby (dollar general, pizza place & a little eatery with ice cream) but it’s very close to some of the bigger beaches (south haven/st joseph’s) we loved it!

Third stay in two weeks. Everything about the cottage and grounds is perfect and I am already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Lovely home, many well thought out perks like fans in upstairs rooms and beach toys for kids! Info said it was an easy short walk to beach so I spent a whole lot more than I usually would. With children it would not be pleasant and is really not a short walk (and is on a semi busy road) & beach is down a whole lot of steps. BUT there are parking spaces so it was fine. Within the house, the steps are fairly steep at parts & there are 2?big ones going into house &!these were hard for my 70 year old mom w knee issues. So if person reading reviews is one of those people, this might not be THE place. That being said, it is very short walk to community pool & host is very responsive & house is beautiful! My mom mostly stayed within first floor including an awesome bed/bath on ground floor. There are games (although I didn’t love the Ouija board 🫣😂) . This would be a great place for multiple family / friends to split cost ;) Its very beautiful & community pool & hot tub are great!

Wonderful little get away. Visited with another couple. The cottage is so cute and was everything that was described in the listing. There were travel guides o. the table, and the location was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Thank you sp much for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back!

Great property for two families with small kids! The listing has everything you need, including pack and plays & a highchair. Dana was super responsive and laid out easy instructions + local recommendations. S’mores on our last night was a big hit!

We had a wonderful week at the blue cottage. It was more than enough space for the five of us. Close to the beach, great walks and bike rides to local spots and a short drive to New Buffalo. The house was so comfortable and had the perfect lake house feel. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would live to stay again!
