Se incluye la posibilidad de aparcar un vehículo en un aparcamiento privado ubicado al lado del apartamento. Se trata de un piso equipado con el menaje básico necesario. El acceso al apartamento está libre de barreras arquitectónicas (sin escalones) y se realiza directamente desde la calle. A su llegada, se le facilitará un código de acceso que le permitirá abrir la puerta de entrada. Se distribuye en un hall de entrada, salón con cocina americana, dormitorio en el que se encuentra la cama de matrimonio (1,40x2,00) con ropa de cama y baño completo con ducha. Está completamente equipado, con los servicios principales de cocina con lavavajillas, frigo, cafetera italiana, aire acondicionado, plancha, baño equipado con toallas, secador y gel, así como televisión y Wifi (fibra 600 mb) cuyo funcionamiento se detalla una vez realizada la reserva. No tiene detector de monóxido de carbono al no ser necesario, pues los servicios de calefacción y cocina son eléctricos. Existe la posibilidad de dotar el apartamento con trona o cuna de viaje si el huésped lo necesita, pero es imprescindible que lo avise mediante mensaje de Airbnb una vez realizada la reserva. Si necesita algún servicio adicional a los expuestos en el anuncio, no dude en solicitarlo por si está en nuestra mano poder facilitárselo o ayudarle a conseguirlo. El apartamento está completamente a disposición del huésped y se puede hacer uso de todos los elementos descritos en la web., pero no se puede acceder a zonas comunes del edificio, tales como patios interiores, azotea o permanecer en los rellanos de las escaleras. El acceso se puede realizar sin necesidad de que haya una persona esperando para abrirles, pues al ser un acceso independiente desde la calle y contar con un cajetín de seguridad con clave a la entrada se puede acceder libremente una vez se facilite el código de acceso. Se proporciona un juego de llaves de la puerta dentro del cajetín de la entrada al apartamento. En caso de pérdida, se cobrará un suplemento de 35 € para hacer una copia de reemplazo. El apartamento dispone de internet (fibra de 600 mb) y televisión con puerto de USB, por si desea traerse sus propias películas, así como la TDT con los canales convencionales en español y SMARTV. Por respeto a otros huéspedes no se permiten fiestas ni fumar en el interior del apartamento.

Disfruta de la sencillez de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable en Madrid. Entrando se encuentra el salón, compuesto por el sofá, que a su vez es sofá cama (1,35x1,90), el TV Smartv de 40 pulgadas y una gran mesa de escritorio. La habitación se encuentra al lado izquierdo del salón, es una habitación amplia con una cama de matrimonio de 1,60 x 2 con un colchón que invita al descanso, cuenta con una gran cómoda con espejo. El baño es de tamaño normal, la ducha es con agua caliente a través de termo, se deja equipado con shampu, gel de ducha, secador y toallas de ducha. La cocina es amplia, compuesta de comedor y cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar, está compuesta de vitrocerámica, frigorífico, horno, microondas, cafetera, hervidor de agua, etc. El apartamento es de uso exclusivo para los huéspedes, siempre estarán sólos. El apartamento tiene una plaza de garaje incluida en la reserva, la plaza de garaje está en un parking público, con horario de 08:00 am hasta las 22:30, pudiendo dejar el coche dentro del parking por la noche.
