Berlevåg has an airport and Hurtigruta meets here in the evening at 10-11 pm - one from the south and one from the north. Then you can sit out on the pier and almost touch them when they arrive.

You can hear the Syltefjord river rushing, and enjoy coffee with both elk, reindeer and other small game. In summer/spring, several popular tourist destinations in the area are available. Camp syltefjord,the harbor wildlife arctic resort and the farm syltefjord offers various experiences, or a good meal if the salmon does not bite.
