The Sky of the Dehesa

South of Extremadura, on the border with the provinces of Córdoba, Sevilla and Huelva is the village of Pallares, an idyllic place in the heart of the dehesa to take a few days of rest in direct contact with nature. You can enjoy its rich gastronomy where the star is the Iberian pig, or make your purchases of typical products of the area such as chacinas, meats, cheeses, wines or patés.
