What a treat to stay at McCaela's magical, cozy, home! Everything – from the surroundings, to the furnishings, to the amenities – were just perfect. Entry into the house was no problem, and inside we found a delightfully thoughtful and intentional home that was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Just as key, the bed in the primary bedroom was supremely comfortable! We had no reason to ask any questions, and we had no issues at all; still, McCaela reached out to make sure we were settled and to see if we needed anything. We SO appreciated her generosity, kindness, and insight into (and commitment to) the local community. It's clear that a great deal of thought and care has gone into this house, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. The location is perfect – off the beaten path and extremely private, yet close to everything we wanted in the Berkshires. I highly recommend staying here, ideally for longer than the two nights we did. We can't wait to return!

The space is luxurious and stunning even more beautiful than the photos, so thoughtfully designed and really helped us feel at home at once. Matt and Sarah were so helpful whenever we had any questions. We had such a relaxing stay and feel so grateful to have been able to enjoy the space!

This place is an absolute gem. Definitely one of our favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve ever had the privilege of visiting. The setting is spectacular, and the house is so charming and well equipped. Our kids had a blast and we definitely enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the master bathroom. It’s easy to tell that this is a treasured family cabin, lovingly tended to. Very accessible to Great Barrington and loads of wonderful hikes nearby. I highly recommend!

The cabin was amazing! Wifi was great, hot tub was nice. Other reviews noted the humidity/heat in the house, but we had no such issues on this rainy week. The only thing is that the GPS will bring you to the back entrance to the community, which is gated and you can't enter. Make sure you read their welcome instructions as this was noted! Overall a wonderfull stay and highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at the place. House was warm and clean. Kids had a lot of stuff to do and rooms to play in. Joy was so accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend the place to other families looking for private place for wonderful time together.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at Moonbeams. The house was so clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We are a family of 4 with a 21 and 15 year old. We really enjoyed the expansive deck overlooking the beautiful forest where we hung out and grilled. They have a record player and we all liked listening to the records so much that we are going to get one at home. We enjoyed hanging out at the 2 fire pits. There is one near the house and another down by the stream. The house even has its own trail that we enjoyed. A few nights we watched movies on the large tv projector screen. The house had the perfect amount of space with the 3 bedrooms. We enjoy hiking and loved the 2 nearby trails up the road. The house is centrally located. Took about 20 min to get to everything we wanted to see. Great Barrington, Lenox, Chatham (the cidery is a must go to), Stockbridge and more. Graham and Alex were the perfect hosts and always helpful and available. We felt lucky to stay at such a special place that they have created! They made it so easy to relax and just enjoy the outdoors!

AMAZING! Some friends and I escaped the city for 3 days and stayed at this cabin. We will definitely be returning. The place was huge and so cute. Joy was more than accommodating. The hot tub was huge and clean. The wood burning fire places were so cute. Overall amazing place to say I would 1000% recommend.

Our stay was lovely, Alissa’s place had everything we were looking for. Remote but not too remote with beautiful views, quiet, clean and cozy. And Alissa was very responsive and easy to work with - we would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy, charming cabin! It’s the perfect place to unplug and unwind. Nestled in a peaceful, quiet setting, the cabin feels like a true retreat from everyday life. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch for morning coffee and evening chats. The nearby waterfalls (a 30–40 minute walk or 10-minute drive) were a wonderful way to enjoy the area’s natural beauty. The two-person soaking tub was a highlight—so relaxing after a hike! The cabin is thoughtfully equipped with a small but functional kitchen, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. We also appreciated the high-quality linens and comfortable bed—such a nice touch that made our stay feel special. While it’s ideal for unplugging, there is Wi-Fi if you need it. There are also some cute towns nearby, full of antique shops and local charm. It was the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and low-key exploration. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

The Treehouse is what I imagine when I dream of a perfect cabin in the woods. Every detail is curated with love, intention, and comfort in mind. Unlike most Airbnbs, every piece of furniture here is actually comfortable—you can lounge anywhere. It’s beautifully secluded, down a long driveway, surrounded by nothing but trees and nature. The architecture is stunning, filled with natural light—perfect for both rest and inspiration. The master bedroom is cozy, the shower pressure is great, and there’s even a writing desk for quiet work. Outside, the fire pit and hammock complete the dream. I truly had the best weekend of my life here. Mike and Melissa are incredible hosts—kind, responsive, and respectful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I can’t wait to return. It’s rare to find a place that feels like it was built just for you, but The Treehouse somehow does that. From sunrise through the trees to starry nights by the fire, it’s pure magic. Treat yourself—you won’t regret it.

We had a lovely stay at Betsy’s cabin for a long weekend. It’s a perfect location making it easy to explore the Berkshires. We loved the cabin atmosphere with modern day touches. Betsy was a fabulous host! We will definitely be back.

Bob is an absolutely amazing host and is incredibly communicative - he was always looking to ensure that we were enjoying our stay and that any issues were remedied as quickly as possible. The home was exactly as described: immaculately clean, very comfortable beds, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was raining quite a bit during our stay, but the amazing view from Bob’s cabin was more than enough to make up for the bad weather. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

It was a perfect price. With the ABNB it was double+. I would rather pay John more for the one night personally, than what I did. And have done twice. I have always left the place the same or better than I found it. I understand the cleaning fee, but kills single fathers like me for a 1 night trip. That being said. Walker cabin is great! Kayaks, all safety gear, fully outfitted down to toothpicks, brushes, floss, ect. You think you forgot it. It’s there. Baby monitors!

This stone cabin in the woods is a great place to decompress and read a book, or write a book. The space is comfortable and cozy, with beautiful indoor and outdoor areas. Irene is a great host—she guided us through finding the place and answered questions promptly, but mostly left us alone to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The cabin is quiet and in the woods, but within easy striking distance is excellent restaurants—shout out to the chocolate chip pancakes at M&Js in Adams.

Truly a magical spot. We’ve stayed at many unique Airbnbs, and this one is up there as a favorite. It’s so peaceful and beautiful; the walk down makes it feel like you are truly remote and alone. The screened porch is perfect for listing to the stream at all points of the day. The cabin itself is furnished in a quirky and cozy way, and the beds are very comfortable. The full kitchen had everything needed. The host was super friendly and responsive. We would absolutely would recommend to others!

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful weekend out in western Mass. Tito was an amazing host with a stylish cabin away from the noise. Close to North Adams and hiking trails, would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place. So serene and comfortable to be at. Loved every minute of it. Place had everything we could need but was minimalist enough where we could disconnect and really embrace the outdoors and cabin vibe. The quiet and tranquility helped tale us away from the daily hum and fully embrace nature. Met a few people in the surrounding area and they were all so kind and lovely. The view of the lake never got old and its placid reflective waters really brought one at ease. Would stay here again for sure.

This brand new Amish built log cabin was the perfect weekend away from the city that I wanted/needed. The cabin is stylish, super clean and we loved how much private camp space we had to ourselves. The queen bed and the sleeper sofa were luxe! I loved the view of the nearby pond and listening to the frogs sing all night. The cabin had a little French press/ electric tea kettle and there is a Jackery power source so we could have lights, charge our phones and use the nice Bluetooth speaker they put in! The nearby off-grid shower shack was very clean (dare l even say cute?) and there was hot water on demand. The host, Joanna was great and attentive. She sent us fantastic food and recreational options in the area that fit our interests perfectly and she brought more wood when I needed more than I thought was needed. We highly recommend a relaxing stay in this authentic log cabin. We will absolutely be back in the fall if possible…this Black and Tan Log cabin is going to be very popular

This was a great location for both exploring North Adams and visiting friends in the Pioneer Valley! The space was inviting and cozy. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 4, and the kids loved their loft bedroom! Thanks so much for hosting us! We had such a terrific weekend!

We loved staying here! It was such a lovely cabin for a group of 8 of us. Spacious, comfortable, and so peaceful. The area was amazing too - very close drive to hiking trails, restaurants, antiquing and more. We would definitely come here again, hopefully for longer!
