Great stay in a charming environment near the river - Terry & John were very discrete. We absolutely loved the Jeux de Boulde terrain in the yard and the cosy pizza baking area.

We were very well hosted by our hosts. They are nice, friendly, smiling ... They greeted us with a very nice little fireplace.... The house is as described even better ... It is warm, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a stay at home. Ideally located for visiting castles, sites, caves ... As you can see, I highly recommend this property.

The hosts own home had all the facilities we needed for 2 couples sharing the house. In a quiet location and close to a lake and restaurant. Only a 5 minute drive into Bergerac therefore the best of everything..

We enjoyed 7 fantastic days in Urval (Dordogna), the area is 10 like Denise and Marc's house. The house is not missing any detail, it is decorated with an exquisite taste, it is welcoming ,clean, comfortable , it has absolutely everything necessary to have a stay as if you were in your own house. The gardens are dreamy, the pool area is beautiful. The house is very close to everything interesting to visit from the perigord, the village is very quiet, it has supermarkets and restaurants 10 minutes away. Thanks to Denise and Marc for making the stay so pleasant. We'll be back for sure.

Pleasant stay in a well appointed and clean accommodation. The setting is superb and the hosts are very welcoming and friendly. It's worth the cost!

I booked it for my parents who loved it! Very nice atypical rental in a nice environment. Anne was very welcoming with the purchase of parking spaces and a bottle ;) The accommodation was clean with all the essentials to have a great stay.

What to say except that the space is perfect. The choice of comfort and decor is rare in the Rbnb so hat! I would definitely stay again. Friendly host, I recommend it!

Many thanks to Viviane for her welcome, kindness and suggestions. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Local products made by Viviane were waiting for us. A real treat! The house is very functional with lots of amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) and kitchen accessories. The location is very good because it's close to many tourist sites and activities (canoeing, tree climbing, swimming pool, etc.). We recommend Viviane's place without hesitation.

We have just spent a very relaxing 2 weeks at Naomi's lovely gite. The property itself was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed; we especially liked the covered terrace off the kitchen and the pool area. The gite is in a very peaceful, secluded location but within easy reach of plenty of picturesque bastide towns. The closest, Villeréal, is only a 10 minute drive away and has plenty of cafes, restaurants and food shops as well as weekly markets and evening food markets - it was really lovely. Naomi and her family are fantastic hosts - very welcoming, helpful and friendly. A great holIday let!

We had a very pleasant stay for cousinades in this very pleasant cottage, perfectly suited for a group of 15 people. The house is impeccably clean, very comfortable, and ideally located in a peaceful setting by the river. The fireplace, with the logs provided, added a nice atmosphere to our evenings. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, which made group meals very easy to organize. Yohann, our host, was remarkable: attentive, available and always anxious to meet our desires. He recommended a pleasant hike ending with tapas in a cellar close to the house. Thanks to Yohann for his warm welcome. We recommend this cottage without a second thought and will be happy to come back!

Corinne and Laurent welcomed us into their world created so that their guests have activities and essentials at their disposal. The pool is lovely. A real pool for swimming, swimming, and fun. Very interesting quirky old house with lots of lovely antique things in it. It is set in a wide open space with swings and slides and had loads of amazing toys which my 3 year old grandson loved. He didn’t want to leave and said he was going to miss the very friendly donkeys and all the toys. We had a lovely time but sadly the weather was very mixed so we only managed to use the pool once. On our last night we ate at Azul in Cancon and it was excellent. Thank you Françoise and Pascal for a lovely stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Le Shedeaux. It is a beautiful property with picturesque landscape views and it is also close to scenic towns nearby. Paul is a friendly host who was accommodating, helpful and easy to contact. He set up the fireplace for our arrival which made the cottage very cosy. We look forward to returning!
