Our gite is conveniently located in the municipality of Lamothe Montravel, at the crossroads of the vineyards of Bergerac and Bordeaux, on the right bank of the Dordogne, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the vineyard from its sunny terrace. 2 levels: the front door is on the 2nd level: 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. First level 8 steps, a large room with kitchen, dining area and living room, a wood-burning stove (only means of heating the house) wood provided.

In a quiet and peaceful secluded location, you will still be close enough to visit the famous bastides and castles of Dordogne but also Lot-et-Garonne and Gironde and halfway to SARLAT and Saint-Émilion.
