Beachfront holiday rental in Bergantiños

We loved staying at Maria's house, the communication was smooth and she was very nice, the views were beautiful, our dog enjoyed it a lot too and we loved the village. We would definitely 😊 recommend it 100%

A lovely place to stay with incredible views that are alone worth the stay. The apartment is easily walkable to restaurants in town, but also is in a quiet area off to the side. Communicative a friendly hosts and everything was very clean. There is a slight mildew smell, but I imagine the humidity being so close to the ocean makes this difficult to avoid. With the windows open during the day and using the provided dehumidifier at night, it wasn’t any issue for me. The perfect spot if you’re in the area or want a tranquil end to your Camino.

Location location location! Definitely the right place to stay to be walking distance from the historic center of Santiago de Compostela. The apt was very spacious and everything looked as the pictures. Ester was very welcoming and provided local recommendations when asked. Great place overall!!

We had a wonderful time in Rosa‘s house and especially loved the garden where we had breakfast and diner. The house is cosy and very clean. A good place to explore the coast and countryside. Galicia is beautiful.

Appartement with the best view! It’s very spacious and well equipped. During our stay the weather wasn’t very good, but because of the beautiful view onto the beach and inlet we still enjoyed every moment of it. The kitchen is well equipped and there were all these kind extras like cookies and beer. We were here during the week when the bar below is closed, but when it opened up on Friday we did have some noise during the evening. But the earplugs are already besides the beds, which made it a lot better. Would recommend this apartment!

A fantastic weeks stay at Elena’s wonderful penthouse apartment. Fantastic roof terrace wrapping around the flat catching the sun rise and sun set on the island. Elena was so helpful with information and so kind with providing toys for our 6 and 2 year old children. Location was perfect. Pool great. Enjoyed hiring bikes and exploring the island. Cambados for the wine festival was good fun. The apartment is so well appointed, a real home away from home.

The family treated us very well, recommended places to dine and made us feel right at home. We would definitely come back. Of course, I take this opportunity to share that her daughter has written a book called La Muda by Ana Covadonga, which is already on the shopping list. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is very nice, and importantly, it has a parking space. It is in a quiet area but a few minutes from the beach and the restaurant area. We didn't meet Alberto, but his brother Javier was the contact, and he was super attentive and always available for any questions. The cleanliness was very good, the bedding and towels smelled super good. A place to go back to.

Had wonderful days in a quiet area. Plenty of possibilities for excursions, including Santiago de Compostela, Finisterre, A Coruña. Beach nearby and definitely visit the lighthouse at sunset. In addition, Sergio is very friendly and helpful for tips.

Incredible location, the opportunity to wake up looking at the sea is unique. A place to live in for life ;)) Rocio and her husband are great hosters. Place well noted to repeat !!!!!!

Really enjoyable stay. The apartment is as described, very new and clean, with a decoration that invites you to relax. It is in a quiet area, not a sound, and you can reach the old leisure area, the port in 10 minutes on foot, a walk. The pool is great, and it allows you to relax if you don't feel like going to the beach. Edy is very kind and attentive, she recommended some local shops that we had asked her about. He gave us all the facilities for access and exit from the apartment. Totally recommended. If we can, we'll be back!

The apartment was incredible! Everything you need for a short stay after walking the Camino. The apartment was pristine, spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. The view over the waterfront through floor to ceiling windows is spectacular. When you enter the apartment and the window blind rises—wow! Vilanova de Arousa is a little quiet. Although it might have been the time of year. There aren't that many bars and restaurants so a four day stay was perfect for us. There are beautiful beaches 10 minutes away across the foot bridge. There's lovely bakery under the apartment. Highly recommend for take away bread and coffee for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Marisa was a fantastic host—very helpful and responsive. If you're looking for a restful stay after a camino this is the place to stay. I would highly recommend!

Everything was great, we had a very nice and fun family vacation!

Oscar's flat is lovely. We stayed in December and the double glazing kept out the weather and noisy wind but the multiple skylights meant there was always plenty of light. The flat was well heated too, which was important at that time of year. It's more spacious than the photos show, but very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The beach is just across the road and it was lovely to walk along the sand watching the Atlantic roll in, as well as walk in the countryside behind the flat. There is a nice cafe/bar that serves good food just along the road. It was the perfect location for a peaceful getaway. Thank you.

The house is perfectly located, tastefully decorated and having a garage is an essential plus if you travel, like us, by car. Fully equipped house and the hosts have left coffee, tea, water, beers, cake... which makes the arrival much more pleasant. Access was very easy thanks to the perfect instructions and we immediately felt at home. On our next visit to A Coruña, we'd love to stay with them again. Totally recommended!!!

A dream house just steps from the sea. Everything conveys peace, tranquility and beauty. It's the kind of place that hugs you as soon as you read. Also, Isabel and Paco have been exceptional hosts. Isabel welcomed us with a delicious homemade cake, and both took the time to explain everything to us with great affection. They even made us a reservation for lunch in A Coruña. We are happy and grateful. I would come back without thinking!

Great location, perfect for a few days exploring A Coruña. The flat has obviously been renovated recently and is very modern and stylish. Make sure to bear in mind that the flat doesn't have air conditioning but we found that as there are lots of windows we weren't too uncomfortable during the night. It should also be noted that the flat is 4 stories up with no lift, but it will keep you fit during the week! Overall, the flat is very reasonably priced for the location and quality. Very stylish and comfortable apartment with lots of amenities. We felt right at home and ended up relaxing on the chaise lounge and sofa with a glass of sangria part of our second day. The view was so nice and we had the window open for a beautiful breeze. Very comfortable beds and furniture in general. Easy to walk to grocery store, restaurants, harbor and shopping.

We stayed for three nights here with our family of five, including three kids under the age of 10. Milagros was so kind and welcoming, helping show us the house and making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was clean and comfortable, and felt like a stay at a relative's seaside cottage. It is the location that really makes this place stand out. Right next to the sea, we spent much of our stay climbing the rocks around the house, gazing out at the ocean, searching for interesting shells and creatures in the tide pools, and taking walks along the nearby walking paths, including one to a little beach where the kids could play in the sand. When we weren't at the ocean, we played checkers and kicked a ball around the house's little yard. It was a delightful stay, and we'd gladly return.
