A small, cozy one-bedroom apartment (26 sqm) on the top floor of the townhouse in Majorstuen, towards Fagerborg. Very central to everything, but at the same time a safe and calm neighborhood. The apartment is bright and cozy, and has a nice southwest facing balcony that goes into a quiet backyard. It's sunny for much of the day, when the season allows! :) The apartment has a wall bed that is 1.40 m, which is knocked out from the wall (note: This is heavy!). With a knocked out bed, there will be a cramped and little floor space! This is a small apartment.

At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

Short distance to both public transport (subway and bus), many hiking opportunities at Sognsvann and 15 min by subway or bus to the city centre. There is a small sitting area right outside the windows where you can enjoy the view of much of Oslo and the Oslo fjord. Free parking in the street for those of you who arrive by car. A sofa bed, with room for 2 persons, which can be easily converted into regular sofa. Fully unmanaged kitchen.

The apartment is closely connected to bus lines 37 and 54. Living room and kitchen are facing away from the street. There are 5 minutes to the subway in Nydalen. Voldsløkka, Akerselva, Nydalen and Sagene are close by. 15-20 minutes walk and you are at Grünerløkka. There is bus no. 51 to Maridalen and the fantastic field Oslo has (3min walk). There is a 15 minutes walk to the train that takes you out into the field in the winter. 15 min walk to Ullevål Hospital.
