But the apartment itself is also impressive: it is flooded with light and offers enough space for a pleasant living experience. It is modern and has real oak wood parquet. It has two balconies and a terrace with furniture for relaxing and enjoying the lake view. Towels and a hair dryer are available in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

First floor: living and dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony. Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Ruhig in einer kleinen Ortschaft am noch ursprünglichen Ostufer des Starnberger Sees gelegen befindet sich unsere Unterkunft im Dachgeschoss einer gepflegten Villa. Ein kurzer Spaziergang durch d. Wald und schon ist man an romantischen Badeplätzen m. einzigartiger Aussicht auf die Berge und sensationellen Sonnenuntergängen über dem See. Die Unterkunft ist die ideale Basis für eine Auszeit in abwechslungsreicher Natur, umgeben von kraftvollen Orten und historischen Monumenten. Willkommen am See.

The apartment "Hektor" is located in a beautiful residential area and is at the same time very well connected. It is ideally located just outside Munich and is therefore the perfect starting point for all sights in Munich and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. Dogs welcome!

Ferienparadies Starnberger See

Neben unserem Haus am Waldrand liegt diese sehr ruhige, separate Einliegerwohnung mit 2 Zimmern, moderner Küche und Bad, mit ca. 55 qm. Der einmalige, idyllische Garten, den unsere Gäste gerne von ihrer eigenen Terrasse aus mitnutzen und genießen können, ist weitläufig und nach Süden ausgerichtet. Der Starnberger See ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wandern, schwimmen, spazieren, radfahren – Berg ist der ideale Platz für abwechslungsreiche Ferien im Voralpenland.

The accommodation is a unique experience! But: If you are looking for comfort, perfection or a modern, clean and functional place to stay, you will be disappointed here and should therefore NOT read on (there are more suitable offers for this). . But if you are looking for a unique house with lots of charm and history, and do not mind that it has drafts, that the window is stuck and here and there the plaster is crumbling, you should definitely read on and visit the "Haus am Hügel".

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
