The ancient, former agricultural building is located in the popular 5 Lakes Region. The family-friendly apartment has grown into the space between the fir beams under the roof, with an unobstructed view all around. It offers a living area with a kitchen, a seating area, a wood-burning stove, a sofa suite and a roof loggia, a very low (1.75 m) roof pitch and an unheated playroom in the barn. In the village, you can eat and shop very well. There is public transport every 20 minutes to the Voralpenland or every 60 minutes to the centre of Munich.

Our accommodation is quietly located in the residential area near the forest (3 min) and close to the lake (10 min.). Everything is available in the village. And within walking distance. Beautiful excursions to the mountains, to the lake and to Munich. Wonderful resort. The palace park and beach can be reached in just 10 minutes. Beer gardens and restaurants are easily accessible without a car.

The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.
