In the heart of Astarac on the Gers hills, renovated mill that can accommodate 2 people. Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon recreation center (swimming lake, games) 20 minutes from AUCH. Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.

Charming apartment of about 30 m² in the heart of Mirande. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), the accommodation is fully equipped. It includes a bedroom (without window), a shower room, and a living room overlooking the kiosk in the square.
