Holiday houses in Berat

We had a very confortable and peaceful stay! We were greeted warmly, despite arriving late due to our flight in to Tirana. The kitchen adjoins, but is separate to, the main house (living room and bedrooms), but this was not a problem, especially if spending your time eating al fresco in the really nice outdoor spaces available! The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We highly recommend a stay for a quiet getaway that is not too far - 10 min drive - from Berat which is a wonderful city to explore!

Very nice place and well located close to the city, if I come back to berat definitely will be staying here.

I typically resist stating “this is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at”, as its pretty cliché to do so. But, when you combine the kindness and generosity of the host family, the amount of thought and care that has gone into the apartment and the amenities within (its five-star luxury inside), and the fact that it’s located in the castle itself with immaculate sweeping views from the common seating area, I was simply blown away! If its available, book it!

It is a great place to stay with family and friends, and Daniel is really helpful and welcoming. He gave us great recommendations and was really responsive with everything we needed.

very nice apartment, clean and neat. only downside the noise of dogs at night and the slightly light insulation between the accommodations, which makes you really hear the neighbors.

Fantastic place to stay! Waking distance to everything you want to do in Berat, but still quiet inside. The apartment is beautiful!! Looks even better than the photos. Thanks for everything - and also the special touches for our daughter :)

I really enjoyed my stay in Julian's apartment. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed for the several nights I stayed in Berat. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was clean and peaceful. The apartment is well located and takes only 10-15 minute walk to get to town center. I also got the chance to meet Julian and he was a very nice guy and a wonderful host!

We were so comfortable and happy in this ‘little jewel’ of a restored stone house. We were 2 couples and the space was cozy but perfect. An outstanding feature was very well designed spaces with nooks, shelves, closets both in the bedroom and in bathrooms so there were places to stash personal items. Loved this walkable community. Very convenient access to property compared to a previous rental on other side where luggage had to be carried up steep, narrow streets. Would rent again.
