Private suite holiday rentals in Benton County

Ruth’s place was the perfect home base for our stay in Corvallis. It was private and quiet even though it was attached downstairs unit. It had lots of natural sunlight, was squeaky clean, the bed was comfy, and the patio/garden was lovely. Ruth was flexible and responsive. We appreciated the snacks, bubbly water, coffee and fresh milk that were there when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again when we are up in Corvallis for another visit!

This place was a peaceful haven for us after a very busy day. It was in a gorgeous secluded location, and felt very homey and welcoming. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The listing and photos are very accurate, and we found everything to be just flat out easy, comfortable, and convenient. Will be staying here again!

A lovely peaceful place to stay for a few days. Outside of town but easy to drive down into Corvalis. Very comfortable king sized bed and beautiful large bathroom. Only a 5 min drive to the Fitton Green trailhead, which we very much enjoyed. Also close to the Bald Hill trailhead.

We stayed here during a 90+ Fahrenheit day and the cooling system was amazing for the heat. It’s a quiet neighborhood so it was a peaceful stay. There was plenty of equipment to use in the house if you desire to cook.

Very cozy and modern space. comfortable and chic. The bed was plush and the bathroom very clean. There is a true kitchette with no sink to wash dishes. Perfect if you plan not to eat at home much, but could be a little tricky if you want to prepare something. There were little snacks, tea and coffee which I appreciated. My only complaint is that the shared wall to the main house is a bit thin and we could hear their TV and house noise a bit. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay and we were really comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This rental is amazing! It has everything you need to feel at home. The place is immaculate and decorated nicely. Rema is quick in responding to questions and communicates before and during the stay. I feel like we received a wonderful place for a very reasonable price. It is located in a beautiful private area, but is still is only a short drive into Corvallis. The stairs down to the rental are well maintained and sturdy. We loved staying here!

Very clean and nice apartment. Would be the perfect place for a longer stay! The hosts are friendly, have a personal touch, and have an eye for details.

The guest house was very nice and comfortable. It’s great for 1 or 2 individuals and is in a very safe and private location. Has good security.

The Kingfisher’s Perch was an amazing find. We were awestruck by the property’s view and location along the river. Mark and Shannon thoughtfully provided almost everything we could’ve needed during our stay and then some!. We were in town for OSU’s graduation and the suite was so comfortable we almost didn’t want to venture out. And when we did there was never any traffic getting to and from Corvallis. Had we done a little planning and bought fresh groceries the first day, we would’ve enjoyed more time at the property. We would definitely love to stay again.

Lee Ann was the perfect host! All the basic supplies and more are provided. Great location perfect for a short or extended stay in a safe neighborhood. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised.
