Nice quiet neighborhood, conviently located 20 to 25 minutes away from downtown Little Rock. You will be far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Probably one of the best Airbnb houses that we’ve stayed in so far. Beautiful home. Very clean . Fun and enjoyable. We loved everything about it . We came with our 2 golden retrievers and they LOVED the creek and patio . We were able to relax and recharge batteries before hitting the road again. The area is beautiful and peaceful yet close enough to shops and restaurants. Would love to stay there again if in the area in the future!

Jill's place is incredible! The pictures dont do it justice. Since the tornado happened as shown in the photos, the land has been cleared for the most part and when I stayed i could see and hear the creek from the porch. I could have sat on the porch forever! It was so peaceful and beautiful. Even though there were other apartments, it was extremely private. I never really saw or heard anyone else. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant but there is still plenty to do and within about 5 minutes of Walmart and restaurants. My favorite place in the village was Balboa lake with a private beach and a nice waterfall plus a great restaurant called Sunset Grill. It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs with minimal traffic and definitely worth it to be outside of the city and in a quaint & private area. Another great thing, the bed was very comfortable! Price is very reasonable! Jill is incredibly kind and was helpful with any questions i had. I can't say enough great things!
