It was just a wonderful week in a beautiful house. We've all felt right at home Our highlight was the sauna and the jacuzzi. It was like a wellness vacation. 👌🤗 The surroundings were also very nice. Lots of nature and beautiful hiking trails and many big cities can be reached in an hour by car. František was very nice, answered some questions very quickly, the check-in with key box was completely uncomplicated. Thank you František for your mega house🥹🥹we will be back.

Beautiful area with river minutes away, great place to swim in the river. We loved the canoeing trip from Sazava to just below Vlkovec, very easy to do with a convenient train connection to get to the starting point. There is a great pub in the village with entertaining landlord. Cash only! The cottage is peaceful and well presented

We had a wonderful time in this Airbnb. The view over the small lake is beautiful especially from the terrace but also from the inside. Our dogs loved the huge fully fenced garden and enjoyed the walks around the lake. The house is well equipped and since it was still cold outside we used the small fireplace every evening which made the house extra cozy. The Airbnb is easy to reach and the parking spot on the property right next to house was even big enough for our VW bus. The location is perfect to explore Kutna Hora (10 minute drive ) or go on hikes through the countryside to explore some of the many ruins or castles nearby.

The place was fantastic, clean, purposeful, beautiful, just unique. Amenities of the chalet👍. The host is kind, responsive, and communicative. The outdoor seating is breathtaking, stunning views of the river, hot tub,😁 and so excited when there's a pool and sauna. We'll be sure to come back. Thank you so much.

We were there with a couple friends for a long weekend and will definitely be back! Not only that it exceeded our expectations, was clean and beautiful - the hosts also responded to "exrta requests" and sent us directly by someone who made it possible for us to fulfill it. A huge thanks for that! It was so, so beautiful there. You could really relax and unwind through the tranquility. If it gets too quiet - Prague is super easy to reach within about 40 minutes, so you will also find action next to the tranquility. We were completely satisfied and for us it was for sure - this was not our last visit :)

Wonderful yurt in a beautiful forest. finding the place was a bit of a challenge since we got there when it was already dark, the video Martin has on his website helped a lot however. the walk through the forest was definitely an experience hahaha, I advise the faint of heart to get there when the sun is still out. The shower doesn't stay warm for long. Beautiful experience, I would recommend it to anyone with an inclination to camping.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this place, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway in a peaceful environment. The home is very well-maintained, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you needed. Each of us felt at ease and comfortable here. A huge advantage was the pool, which was already open during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, which is conducive to a true rest away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Hosts deserve a special highlight – polite, welcoming, and always available on the phone. From the very beginning, they made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
