The smaller garden is perfect for evening BBQ and offers impeccable peace and privacy. The house has a main living room with a walk-through kitchen and dining room and access to the garden. On the lower floor there is the first of the bathrooms with a shower and a washing machine. The upper floor has a master bedroom with a work area and two rooms. There is also a master bathroom with a large bathtub.

The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.

Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). The apartment is mainly suitable for couples and individuals. Accommodation is also possible with a baby or child. In addition to dogs and cats, there is also a farm with chickens, geese and ducks, as well as rabbits, sheep and a cow. Karlštejn, the Amerika quarry and Sv. Jan pod Skalou.
