Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Benavidez

Very nice place, es re tranquil. It's exactly as shown in the photos. Quite spacious and it hits the pretty nice sunshine. Maxi: a love as a host. The house in general is large and the front yard too, it hits the sun quite well in the mornings. No noise heard. In the place there are neighbors who are pretty good, right next door is a gentleman who sells like wines and beers, and so on. Same to take everything from outside, just in case. Recommended!

This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

Ivan's place is amazing. The location is great, and the neighborhood is safe and walkable. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance. Ivan was always responsive and pleasant. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Everything from 10. The divine house, super cozy and above all very quiet (something we went looking for). Verónica is super friendly and always attentive to us although it was so good and easy everything that practically everything was always resolved. Highly recommended to those looking for quiet but also close to many options. A 10

We were x on the weekend, rested and really enjoyed the surroundings, the space is pure peace and quiet. The house is beautiful, as the photos are shown. The bed is very comfortable, we slept super well! Belén allowed us to retire in the afternoon so we were able to take a little more on Sunday. 🩷 Recommended!

The house is spacious, cozy, beautiful, with a carefully designed park and a suitable pool. Much higher than the neighborhood level. One drawback is the lack of a comfortable grill. The host is very friendly, she adapted a bedroom to my family's needs by adding a bed and she let me know when the gardener and pool man were coming in. She also left a clothesline and a lounger at my request. Absolutely recommended for accommodation with quick access from Panamericana and shopping areas in the neighborhood

Thank you Darío! The truth is, it was an unparalleled weekend. To start, Dario was very attentive and helped me with everything I needed no matter the time. He always responded quickly and in a friendly way. The instructions they gave me were super clear and they would even recommend places nearby and where to shop. The house - SPECTACULAR, really feel you in Greece 😍 The location: beautiful, a lot of peace of mind and privacy. I'm looking forward to coming back 🤩

Eugenio's place is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. But the star of the show is Eugenio himself, who is kind, friendly, and extremely responsive. The space was initially too dark to be functional especially at night, and Eugenio quickly went and changed several of the lightbulbs to brighter ones. He makes himself available always and just has a beautiful energy. Definitely recommend his place.

The apartment is very well located. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. I would definitely return. Very central and surrounded by places for breakfast and lunch/dinner.

La cupola is truly such a magical and special place! We absolutely loved staying there. We opted to pay for the asado on the roof and it was one of the best meals of our lives! Everything was clean and in working order. The cleanings were very much appreciated as well. The neighborhood is awesome with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes to explore. The hosts were so communicative and helpful! It is a LOT of stairs, which are totally worth it and we got used to quickly, but wouldn’t be accessible if you aren’t good with taking stairs. Overall we can’t recommend enough- thank you so much!

Very well located apartment, clean, bright, complete kitchen items, good bed linen, the care in the bath items, good price, but as a tourist city BA, there is no bargain, I emphasize the promptness, attention of the Homely Joy team and I hope you enjoy it very much, BA. There's a wonderful empanada shop downstairs.

Excellent communication and responsiveness from Germán and his dad. They were always ready to help us with whatever we needed. The location is excellent, very quiet apartment. The building is very well maintained and is super safe. Lots of shops nearby. Thank you!

We had a fantastic three-month stay! The apartment is a perfect mix of historic elements and modern convenience. All the appliances are modern and new (kitchen appliances, washer, dishwasher); the design is appealing; the historic charm is preserved. From the balconies, there is a beautiful view- and often you can see marches, parades, and markets. Some reviewers talked about the noise, but we found it loud only during those marches/parades, and the only places that are loud are the living room and office. In the bedrooms it’s quiet and peaceful. Wifi speed was excellent and there were no interruptions. The neighborhood is lively and there is lots to explore. The hosts are terrific. We hope to be back!

The place is wonderful! We had a beautiful stay surrounded by a lot of harmony and peace. The house is beautiful and impeccable, cleaning 11 out of 10, plus everything you need and with many details that make sure you have everything you need during your stay. The house is very well located, it is extremely spacious and the social areas such as the living room and dining room are very cozy. It's an old house and you have to see it as such, but it's worth it for the spaces and the number of rooms. Improving a couple of things would be great. Candela answered me every time I wrote to her and helped us a lot in everything. 10/10 service!

The house is divine!!! Very large and comfortable, spacious environments, very large patio and pool, all in general excellent and very comfortable. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the house, the patio and the pool as a family and had a wonderful time. The house is just like the photos and description and I thank Federico and his wife for their warmth, kindness and predisposition. It really is a divine house and we loved staying there with my family. We did not have any inconvenience. The area is very quiet. I will recommend this accommodation and if I have a chance I will come back.

We loved Marina's place! The best location impossible, there is a small shopping center opposite with cafes, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The house is spotless, very comfortable and as seen in the photos. And Marina was a great host, answered all our questions, and was vigilant during our stay that we were comfortable. Highly recommended!

What an amazing place. We had a great weekend. By far, this is one of the most memorable experiences in Argentina during the 4 months that I've been here. I'd say it's probably impossible not to fall in love with this place. Magical.
