The development has an elevator to access the beach, swimming pools, paddle tennis court and 24-hour doorman and security. The villa consists of 5 rooms with a private bathroom each, a large living room with a toilet and an open kitchen, a very large terrace and an attic with a bathroom and a private terrace. The rooms each have air conditioning, TV, closets and ocean views, and parking.

A swimming pool is surrounded by a well-maintained grassy area, featuring a paved pathway leading to the pool's edge. The pool edges are lined with tiles, and safety rails are positioned for ease of access. Fencing and trees provide a sense of privacy around the area.

Beautiful apartment in Benalmádena Costa just a 3-minute walk from the beach and 1 minute from one of the busiest bar areas. It has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a private garden. Very quiet community, with community parking and swimming pool. Very good location near shops, supermarket, pharmacy and bars. The entire apartment is rented with its two bedrooms, there are no stairs, it is a low, it has a large terrace to enjoy as a family

Beautiful house across the sea, sunny, bright, Confortable with everything you need. Every bedroom has a wonderful sea view and its own bathroom . The suite bedroom has a big terrace and the bathroom in suite. it is a three floor house, 3 big terraces and 3 1/2 bathroooms. The infinite pool is shared with neighbors. Welcome to my 2-storey 100m2 house with a south-west facing 35m2 private patio and a 50m2 roof terrace with views over the sea and the mountains. The swimming pool is a few meters away and the nearest beach, Playa Bil Bil, is 300 meters away-5 minutes on foot downhill. Parque la Paloma is only a 2 minutes walk away. The cleaning fee of 150 euros also includes personal check-in/check-out during sociable hours, and emergency support - provided by a 3rd party.
