Cozy Beach Apartment W/ Sea View, Free Parking &AC

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

The villa is very well equipped, literally had everything we needed/wanted. Housekeeping also visited multiple times and were very accommodating. Beautiful view of the ocean & beach from the huge balcony. The apartment was clean and as shown in the photos. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved waking up to the view each day. The apartment is a little old, and you see this in the doors and floors, simply furnished - but it has everything you need for a week's stay. There is construction happening on the building, and this began at 8am on week days and lasted through the day - so coming home for an afternoon nap was impossible and luckily we spent every day out. But this is not something the owners/management can control, and renovations must happen - so this was not an issue for us.

Our stay was AMAZING! The apartment was exactly as described and was a perfect place for us to relax. As you can see in the photos, it's a 2 story and the deck space is amazing. Loved the layout, the close proximity to the beach, and all the restaurants in the area. We had a car and really appreciated the underground parking as well. Ana was phenomenal with her communication and check-in was very simple. In fact, Ana was incredible with her communication leading up to and during our stay. We were 2 couples and this was a great setup for us. 100% would recommend this apartment, and would love to stay again! Our 3 days in Portimao were super relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for.
