The house is the result of the recovery of an old storage room where one of the cisterns that supplied the hill was located. There was a great respect for traditional architecture, and the entire original layout of the house was maintained. The decor is sober, but with small "vintage" touches, where restored furniture is combined with more contemporary pieces. The place is very quiet and harmonious, great for resting and regaining energy. It shares a swimming pool with house 37949/AL, also listed here

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

It has a NATURAL SWIMMING POOL, swim and relax in the clean swimming area while watching hovering dragonflies, butterflies and all the magic of a natural swimming pool.
