The apartment is sunny, with an area of 56 m2. It consists of a living room, bedroom, study with access to the balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The apartment offers comfortable accommodation for 2 to 3 people with a view of the Low Tatras. The apartment includes a separate kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet, hallway. There are parking spaces in front of the apartment building. The apartment is located near the center of Liptovský Mikuláš, from where it is close to the Western and Low Tatras, a short trip to Demänovská dolina with the ski resort Jasná. Nearby you will also find the aquaparks Tatralandia and Bešeňová.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area with a garden and park view, approx. 5 min. walk from the main station (train, bus, ski bus) and 5 min. to the city center. It is an ideal place for day trips and night city. You can park your car on the street next to the building. Towels and bed linen are included. Respect for neighbors is essential (no parties, smoking inside, noise, etc.). I do not provide a residence visa.
