This cozy apartment consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, and three bathrooms. Access to the roof terrace with fantastic views is available from the main staircase. The house is located in a small village of medieval origin in the foothills of the pre-pyrenees, close to many tourist sites.

Next to the "Poblet Monastery" and "Vallbona de les Monges". The village of Senan is one of the 5 smallest villages in Catalonia where peace and nature are our main allies. The environment favors an ideal disconnection, perfect for getting away from the busy city life.

Located at the foot of the Sierra del Montsant, we have a multitude of options and activities to do (hiking, via ferratas, climbing, visiting wineries...). The house is spread over 2 floors. Downstairs is the kitchen, next to the dining room and living room. There is also a bathroom and laundry area. Upstairs we find the 3 bedrooms, one of which has a terrace and also a full bathroom.

Spectacular Ca l'Esquerré cottage

Welcome to Ca L'Esquerré, a fully renovated family property dating back to 1730, which has been passed down through generations to the present day. We have tried to restore it and decorate it with elements that have great sentimental value for us, in order to share with you the history of our house and our town located in an environment of olive trees, cabins and dry stone walls (recently declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site).
