"Kosmaj Vista" is a brand new house near Kosmaj, just an hour from Belgrade. Our house was built in 2024 and is a perfect blend of modern design and the nature in which it is located. In an area of 60 acres there is an outdoor swimming pool, a summer house with a ping pong table and bbq, and a beautiful house of 170m2. The house has a spacious living room with a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a yoga room. It is ideal for families with children, gatherings of friends or team building.

Vila Dijana is located underneath Mount Avala, just 25 minutes from the city center. Villa is situated on an acre of land rich in trees and greenery and offers total privacy. The cottage is built with natural materials, following sustainable principles, and is part of a traditional rural household, close to homemade food and farm animals. There’s no kitchen, but we offer meals from our menu that you can choose as needed. It features a TV, Wi-Fi, and a large desk for two. A special treat is an afternoon rest in the built-in tub overlooking the forest.
