Our spacious studio guesthouse in Tyrolean Village is only 7kms south of Jindabyne & 30 minutes from the ski fields. It has amazing views, off street parking, a gorgeous bathroom and good storage. It has a queen bed, large TV with streaming services, lots of DVDs, books and free wifi. All linen is supplied. It is only a short walk to the lake and stunning bush- tracks. Also on the site is a Swedish Cedar Sauna available to RENT to soothe those muscles after a hard day of exercise.

In 1864 Old Cobbin Homestead was built on 55 acres by station owner Mr James Thompson. A certain A.B. (Banjo) Paterson is known to be a friend and guest of the original owner. Big Yard Escapes has two Tiny Houses set on vast, peaceful bushland near Jindabyne. Mighty gum trees rest on hills rolling down to the rumbling Mowamba River where deer and kangaroos roam. The off-grid Tiny Houses have plush furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, gas heating and refrigerated airconditioning. Big Yard Escapes also has a web site with videos.
