Nice host, beautiful place

This is perfect & very peaceful at night compared to the Pabado district. Close to every type of store & restaurants you might need. The host was super responsive & made us feel at home. We had a terrific stay here.

Great apartment with good amenities! I liked the large bathrooms and that it was next to the mall where you can find everything. It’s also close to the metro and has a parking space. We felt right at home the guys from security are very nice and Sergio was a great host . Thanks !

Excellent place to stay good location and the host was very good

Loved my stay. I felt right at home . Bladimir was very helpful and gave me some good recommendations. The balcony is beautiful with the lights of Medellin at night. Made me feel right at home.. the only bad thing i can say is that i wish i could stay longer.. i hope to come back. Gracias para todo Bladimir. Lo agradezco mucho.

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

One of the nicest, quietest and most pleasant places we have been, Luis, the butler always with a good attitude and very helpful, Daniela, the host very attentive to all the details.

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

Everything was excellent during your stay. The apt is as shown in the photos. It is very central to everything. Communication was seamless and they were always attentive to any detail.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

One of the best places I’ve stayed at, starting with location and the premises are wonderful!! Juanma the host was always available and made sure we had everything we needed asap! I definitely recommend this place above any other! Can’t wait to be back

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. a 5-star stay!! Jorge Luis was very kind and was very attentive to what I needed. The apartment is very well located, it is very close to the town's metro station. Its location is perfect and it has everything you need! Air conditioning in case you want to sleep with the window closed, because it really is very cool. a good workspace and the bed and sofa are very comfortable. I also really liked the style of the apartment!!

I have stayed here multiple times. It is an excellent option!
