The studio is set up with a luxurious queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress, a sofa bed lounge, kitchenette with stove top, dining table, fridge and microwave. the studio is primarily set up for 2 guests but has the capacity for 4 guests. There is a sofa bed available to use as well as the queen sized bed. Guests have access to entire studio apartment and a single parking space out the front. Guests can access the apartment via a locked key safe. Owner to provide details upon booking. We have a key safe to let your self in but am available for any help needed Seacliff Beach is renowned for activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and fishing. The famous Marion Coastal Boardwalk begins on the doorstep for a walk with breathtaking views. The apartment is walking distance to local trains and buses, that can take you into the CBD, to Jetty road Glenelg and Westfield Marion shopping centre. Local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance Our beach is wonderful for swimming, windsurfing ,kayaking , fishing and you can hire a standup paddle board right across the road

Dining, lounge room. Quiet home in a bushland setting. Close to Flinders Medical Centre and Uni. Quiet hours from midnight to 7am. No off-street parking. Laundromat nearby. LGBTQ welcome. My family and I loved our stay and Kylie & Clayton's. The cottage is nestled down in a lovely gully by a creek. There was a playground within walking distance that the kids enjoyed. I keep coming back here when staying in Adelaide. The quality and friendly service provided by Martin and Carrie-Ann is first class. I now feel at home as soon as I walk in the door. Decor and amenities are excellent. Love the attention to detail. Everything I need is there when I want it. I can’t fault the place and owners. Above all they are consistent. My family has also stayed here on my recommendation and enjoyed it. Another Happy Customer!

“The Glen” Secluded Retreat

My four-night stay at The Glen was absolutely perfect. The tastefully designed cabin has all the amenities and luxury comforts you need on beautiful private grounds. Morning coffee on the deck overlooking gum trees and grazing kangaroos, with the fresh eucalyptus scent in the air, was pure magic. Inside, the cosy home features large windows framing stunning outdoor views. Host Lucy and Garth was responsive, polite, and welcoming. This peaceful retreat outside Adelaide left me completely relaxed and refreshed. Look forward to returning back soon! Highly recommend.

Location is great to access Marion shopping centre, Adelaide Hills and Glenelg. Home is on a busy road so there is a bit of traffic noise in the front rooms. House is really big, granny flat a great inclusion, Julie was a great host. I would absolutely stay here again :)
