In a green setting, my house is on the river bank. Let yourself be charmed by the songs of the birds and the calm of the place. The 25 m2 studio, in the basement and very cool in summer, is composed of a bedroom area, a kitchenette, a shower and toilet in the main room. TV present, terrace upstairs. It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the medieval city of Chauvigny, 25 minutes from the Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Poitiers and Châtellerault, 20 minutes from Civaux and on the Scandiberian Way.

The terrace offers exceptional views of the river and its surroundings, where you will have the opportunity to observe sparrows, swans, kingfishers... The cottage is labeled "Green Key"

Small corner of paradise in the countryside in the smallest commune of Vienne (86) LAUTHIERS. At the end of 2023, we completely restored an old barn into 2 studios (touching) that can accommodate up to 6 people. The 1st includes a bay window, 1 living area with TV, 1 fully equipped kitchen area, 1 sitting area with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 toilet. the 2nd serves as a dormitory with 4 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 toilet.

Located in the heart of the Vienne department, close to the Futuroscope (22 km), between Poitiers, Châtellerault and Chauvigny. It consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 with a bathroom and 2 sofa beds on the mezzanine. A large 45 m2 living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a HOT TUB. There is also a courtyard for 2 vehicles, a 30 M2 terrace.

Alliant charme de l'ancien et confort moderne, venez profiter du calme de la nature et découvrez un petit bout du patrimoine local avec les troglos au fond du jardin, que nous serons heureux de vous faire découvrir à votre arrivée !
