This hidden gem is located only a few steps from "Parc Aime Vallat" where you can take a leisurely stroll around the River Vincou and take in the stunning views. You can also relax at two local cafe/bars within 2 minutes walking distance. Bellac town is a ten minute walk uphill where you can access further bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre and supermarkets. Haras de Pezard Gîte

Located within the Haras de Pezard, a fully renovated house awaits you for a quiet stay or a business trip in the midst of the meadows and hedgerows of the Haut Limousin. You will find many hiking and/or mountain biking trails starting from the property. Le Dorat, which has been awarded the 'Petite cité de caractère' label, is less than 5 minutes away by car. There you will find the magnificent collegiate church, a small supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, a butcher, a delicatessen, etc.

We also have a 2 bedroom Gite, sleeping 4 downstairs for larger groups looking for space of their own whilst holidaying together.

The Hobbit House

This is a rare survivor, a rustic and original 15th Century medieval town house brimming full of character with loads of quirky features. From centuries old terracotta tiles (tomettes) to the original steep solid oak spiral staircase. It sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms, 1 double, 2 twin rooms and a single room. Antique furniture, including an antique Breton box bed, probably the only one in use today! Watch the sun set while relaxing with a glass of wine on your private terrace.

Les gites du vieux verger, gîte 2 personnes situé à la gauche de la ferme, avec un porche et une porte d'entrée individuelle. Une terrasse privée avec un jacuzzi (fermé du 06 oct au 21 avril) et un salon de jardin permettent de prendre le soleil, on y accède en traversant la cour. Un barbecue est fourni, vous permettant de manger en plein air et de profiter des belles soirées estivales. Nous laissons également à disposition des produits pour votre petit déjeuner.

Walks are possible nearby. Possibility to eat outside on the terrace, barbecue available. Our house is attached to the one we rent, however everyone's privacy is preserved.
