Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bella Vista

Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent from start to finish. The accommodation was impeccably clean, well decorated and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The host was very attentive and communicative, always available to answer any questions and give us local recommendations that really improved our experience.

Incredible location, literally 20 second walk to Maraca, a great restaurant I ended up eating at twice while I was there. Corner store 30 seconds away in the opposite direction for drinks, etc. super cool architecture and pool area was peaceful. Ice cold AC in bedroom I stayed in. Few notes, city is working on the street, so must be dropped at a corner, which is only 30 seconds walk to unit. Water unexpectedly was out the last day, wasn’t the hosts fault and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

We came back for a second stay, and it was just as good as the first time! The hosts are incredibly responsive and thoughtful. From the moment we booked, they made sure everything was perfectly arranged and went out of their way to accommodate all our requests. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience, and that kind of hospitality is rare to find. We felt welcomed, supported, and completely at ease throughout our stay. It’s no surprise we came back, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Highly, highly recommended!

The place was super clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, the rooms very comfortable, it is nicer than the pictures. Carlos responded immediately and was attentive, I would definitely come back.

The peacefulness of this location is amazing. It is a perfect location to go and rest and enjoy the nature. If you want a place where you get away from the city life or normal beach life and enjoy the nature.

We loved this house. I went with my family and since we arrived we have felt at home. It's super cozy, a very nice decoration, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideal for relaxing, spending time with the family and unwinding in a peaceful environment. In addition, the host was a 10/10, super attentive, kind and always making sure that everything was perfect. The place is great for families or couples, great for sharing and lounging from the city. The pool is incredible and children friendly. You have all the basics for home cooking. The place is close to downtown and is very easy to get to, but it is also away and you have a lot of peace and privacy with a beautiful view of the sky and the beautiful sunrise. The children have space to run and play in a beautiful patio. Priamo was always very attentive. I would definitely return to this wonderful place.
