In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. The location is very much in the middle of the very charming medieval town. The name of our B&B is no coincidence. This small but luxurious apartment is extremely quiet and light. It is situated on the ground floor and will make you feel at home within minutes. However, this apartment is not an exclusive holiday home. Privacy can be compared to a hotel suite. E.g. breakfast is served on a tray just outside the apartment. We can host four guests, but two will sleep on the bed sofa.

Maison Marguerite holds all the trumps to enjoy the beauty of Brussels. The house, a 'maison de maître' from early 1900, was renovated thoroughly. The authenticity of the house was preserved as much as possible. When you rent Maison Marguerite entirely you dispose of the entire house. A common space with big massive table, kitchen with industral smeg oven and Liebherr fridge, wooden floor, fireplace and enough sofa seats for the whole group.
