I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

We love the experience. The entire condominium is computerized with facial access to all areas. The common areas are excellent and very clean and organized. The super attentive and helpful staff. The apartment is very careful and clean and Rafael leaves available products for cleaning and also for laundry. We love every minute in this apartment! The neighborhood is super wooded and inside the condominium there is a market, restaurants, pharmacy...it is close to the mall, which ends up being a walking option as well. The gym is very good and we were able to take advantage of it, as well as the pool. Rafael was very solicited and attentive. We will definitely return!

We love Leon's loft! Super Comfort, a great location and easy to access. We feel super safe at all times, close to the place there is a place to have lunch, to buy some basic things and it is all very friendly! As it stands in a higher place, we chose to always climb a motorcycle taxi that was calm and fast. We had an unforeseen event with the shower and Leon, and André who is co-host were super helpful and helped us with everything. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

Amazing location! This is a nice area of Ipanema. Few mins walk away from the beach. Great restaurants and many stores nearby. Discovered a new favorite chocolate store Dengo and brazilian perfume store Granado few blocks away. Felt safe and secure during our whole stay. The building has a guard. Space is clean and comfortable as photos show. Jose is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Made our stay in Rio memorable. Thank you!

This place is right in the middle of Ipanema and Copacabana excellent location. Host provided recommendations to eat as well as things to do. He was very responsive and helpful during the trip. Highly recommend to stay here.

The house is really great and very reliable for Airbnb's description here. Extremely comfortable, with large rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet in the whole house, kitchenware, towels, pillows and bedding available. In addition, in the few doubts we had we were promptly answered by hosts in the app. We just have to thank them for the pleasant days we have spent.

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

We love our stay at Sergio's place! I went with friends and the house perfectly met what we needed — comfortable, well-equipped and in great shape. The location was also a strong point: being near the subway station made it very easy and allowed us to access the entire city with ease. It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

The hotel is a very cozy, clean and quiet place. I always come to this hotel because of that. Just a tip, ask before if the leisure spaces are working, so it doesn't happen the same way it happened to me, that I was only informed after the purchase.

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On a future trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!
