We were in a group of 18 people to spend Christmas and we all had an excellent experience at the site. Communication with Joana is quick and clear. The staff are polite and we'd like to highlight Mr. Edson, who welcomed us very warmly and was very kind with the activities. The facilities of the site are great, the gourmet area is a star apart, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen with all the utensils. We all had a wonderful time! The rain makes the journey a little difficult because it is still on the ground, with some holes in the road, but we managed by driving carefully. I suggest having a popcorn maker, we took ours, for rainy days and a movie at night and it was a success!!

Maria is just amazing! Extremely attentive, friendly and thoughtful. From the beginning, when we closed the house, she was always very kind, explaining everything clearly and worrying about our well-being. We went with two babies and she showed special care regarding mosquitoes (which are many) and their comfort. A wonderful person who made all the difference in our experience! About the house, the rooms were impeccably clean and organized. The kitchen is located in the outdoor area of the house, next to the barbecue. The pool and whirlpool are simply perfect, a true invitation to relaxation! Too bad the weather didn't help and because of that we didn't take much advantage of the pool and unfortunately we couldn't see the waterfall because it rained throughout the stay, but that only left us even more excited to come back on a future opportunity. An experience that we definitely want to repeat on a sunny day! Highly recommended!

We spent the New Year in a group of friends and everything went well! The house is great, very well cared for. The swimming pool and play area were the most used spaces in the house. Edson is a good host and responds quickly, we asked for help with the care of the house and hired Ana, who helped us a lot. The homemade Luciano tbm is very helpful, they were great! The only observation we make is that the access road to home is really complicated, as described in the listing and deserves additional attention if it is with children/babies: Bad road/one-way, dirt for about 40/50 minutes. I do not recommend going out at night, that is, it is a great place to arrive, leave the car parked and enjoy the house! Services are scarce in the region, it is important to take medicines also because the nearest pharmacy is in Miguel Pereira. Since access is difficult, in case of lack of light, it may take some time to return. The house has generator, courtesy first load and if necessary more diesel is charged separately.

The cottage is beautiful! It has a style that combines rustic with industrial, super charming and welcoming. The location is very quiet, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. With the owner's guidance, Bruno, it was very easy to find the place. If it's raining, just be careful and go slowly, and access won't be a problem. Next to the chalet, there is a super friendly couple who offer delicious homemade meals for a great price. In addition to the wonderful food, they are extremely attentive.

The house is in a quiet, quiet and quiet place, with a stream in the back that, despite the somewhat difficult access, is worth the visit. The rooms, in general, are very good, with the exception of one upstairs, close to the roof, which was quite hot, and another on the ground floor, which had an odor, possibly due to the closet or carpet. The condominium waterfall is a great differential and worth the visit. The barbecue area is well equipped, and the tub/jacuzzi adds a special touch to the stay. We had some problems with power outages, especially on the first night, when we went more than four hours without light. The hostess was always attentive and responded quickly to our messages. Overall, the listing is very good and worth the accommodation.

I stayed at Giullia's house to spend my 26th birthday and it was the best choice I made! My family loved the house and we plan to return on another occasion! The house has a very large space, larger than it appears in the photos and you have to walk a little to get to the waterfall, but nothing difficult. The reception was amazing and we loved ❤️

We planned a weekend to celebrate my son's 30th birthday, we rented the Sitio Parque das Águas, right from the first contact, even before closing, I was very well attended by Natalia, always helpful with my questions and with very quick responses. Honestly, I have no words to describe what we experienced, and I have no doubt that the space was responsible for everything that happened, a magical place, of course, very clean, with super cozy environments, an atmosphere of light. The check-in was super smooth! We were very well accommodated, and there were 30 of us, there was no shortage of utensils, Ana's recommendation helped us a lot, she is great. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the house. The place is quiet, ideal for resting and enjoying family moments. The proximity to the beach was a great advantage, making it easier to go out and making everything even more enjoyable. Flexible check-in and checkout, easy communication with the host. The yard is spacious, perfect for our dogs to play and for everyone to enjoy the pool. It was definitely a very positive experience and we intend to return!

What an amazing place! The place has a wonderful structure, the pool is huge, has quiet space for a large group of people, and it has a very wide green area that can be camped as well, the landscape around it seems hand painted so beautiful, me and my guests love the place! It is very close to the center of the city where there is a market, bakery, gas station and much more, I found the location very good in 12 minutes you are already in the market that has everything! It's so cozy and beautiful that it doesn't make you want to leave, we will certainly be back more often. I appreciate the hospitality and the host's proactivity for suggesting contacts of warehouses and snack bars and telling us the local commerce was very useful!

Quiet Local, large house as described on the listing. Cool outdoor area with court, soccer field, swimming pool and sauna. Kitchen with worn-out appliances, but catering. The house is old and needs some maintenance. But my family spent super pleasant days in this house, with lots of fun and joy. Improved points: repair the fence of the vollei court, upgrade the appliances, offer bedding and pillows ( even if optional).

The Limoeiros site located in the middle of nature provides peace and privacy. A true harmonious refuge, which provides a unique experience. The carefully planned architecture combines modern comfort with a rustic charm, offering cozy and functional spaces that have met our needs. Every moment we spent turned into a valuable memory. Carlos thought very carefully about how to welcome the guests, with the homemade João as support note 10. Wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back.

We spent the period of the Carnival of 2025 in a retreat, in this unique corner, surrounded by a stunning nature. The site of Amoras has all the infrastructure to receive families with up to 10 people. We spend wonderful days, in a super pleasant and family atmosphere. The always helpful host, the very attentive Marcelo “Té” and helped us by answering our questions. I recommend it as it will be an unforgettable experience beautiful place. My family loved it and we'll be back soon😃

It was an excellent weekend in which I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends. Everyone loved the house and the amenities offered. From the first contact, Mr. Guido was requested, helpful and agile in returning the contact, as well as the householder Cristiano who made himself available to assist us with whatever we needed. It is definitely a stay that I will return.

The days we spent at the Farm were spectacular. Starting with the attention of the hostess Teresa, always available and cordial, to the reception of Gabi, who welcomed us with the greatest affection and attention. The place is great, it has a good location, shops nearby and the option to order food. The accommodations are good, with clean and fragrant bed linen. The leisure options are very good, including several games. Enjoying these days, with the luck of having sunny days, hearing the birds and the sound of the river, was indescribable. We will definitely return.

Staying at the site indu was an amazing experience, I felt at peace, with a beautiful view of the mountains, natural swimming pool on the edge of the house, noisy river all day. And at the same time, it is only a 20-minute drive from the center of Miguel Pereira. I loved the experience and recommend it to everyone ♥️

Second time at Sítio 5 Irmãos. The family loved it, only compliments: organisation, cleanliness, silence, peace and the legitimate contact with nature, where the air is purer and life seems to pass more slowly. Maria Letícia was an excellent host, kind, proactive, empathetic and responding quickly to demands. The caretaker Zezinho is also a great person, accessible, courteous and polite, always ready to meet the requests of urban people. Zezinho and Maria Letícia are top notch! The place is exactly as described. spacious, clean. At check-in we were greeted by Raquel's parents, very friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped. The caretaker came every day to clean the pool and collect the garbage. Bakery nearby, market too. You can walk to the center. My family was very pleased with the accommodations. It met our expectations.

Extremely well-kept, pleasant and accessible house for children and adults. Amazing outdoor area with a pool composed of volcanic stones (I would say semi-heated in the late afternoon and evening). Gourmet area with barbecue and facilities for those who want to have a few drinks with friends. Orchard at the bottom of the main house with acerola, avocado, mango, banana, etc. In addition to these options, the cinema room is the highlight of the house, with an incredible image and sound system, extremely comfortable armchairs and beanbags, and available digital platforms that allow guests to watch movies, TV series and soccer games. Wonderful site, educated and welcoming homemade. We were greeted with the clean and extremely smelling house. Silvia responds quickly, is very friendly and has helped us with all our demands. The stay exceeded expectations. I would summarize with: distant refuge from civilization and yet close to those who come from RJ. It has everything that's listed. The fact that the leisure space and the apartment are separated is a very positive thing if you are in doubt about it. The little waterfall noise is special too. We plan to come back!
