The houses are located in the former Vásárhely-Kutasipuszta, in the 4th district of today's Székkutas, which is accessible by the main road 47 between Székkutas-Orosháza. The two houses are located on the last street in front of the lake, almost directly connected to the beautiful lake, just a few steps from the Kakasszék Medical Institute and about 5 kilometers from the popular Gyopárosfürdő.

On the waterfront boats, water bicycles (refundable) are available for guests. The cottage is winterized.
