Feel-good accommodation! We felt very comfortable with Mateus from the first minute. Great furnishings with a lot of attention to detail. Kitchen well equipped and large, clean bathrooms. The complex is lovingly designed, the pool invites you to refresh yourself. Ideal as a starting point to explore the area. Thank you Mateus!

We loved Pedro's place. It is a really nice and cosy house with a typical Alentejo swimming pool, beautiful view, barbecue, garden, and everything you need to have an outstanding weekend. We will be back for sure.

We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. We had a good time at Joanna's place. There was a great view, the location was great with beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation and furnishings are quite simple, but the overall concept was very consistent. We particularly liked the terrace with a small pool and direct access from the almost fully glazed living room.

Great accommodation in a quiet and pleasant area. The house is very welcoming, carefully decorated and equipped with everything it takes for a comfortable stay. On arrival the house was quite clean and organized. The terrace is perfect for relaxing, soaking up the sun and refreshing in the tank. Repeating, surely!

The house is well located, for those looking for calm and tranquility. It is 3 km from the river beach of Monsaraz, 5 minutes from the village and a few minutes' walk from the Xerez cromlech. It is a spacious, well-decorated, comfortable house, with plenty of light, very well-equipped and that corresponds entirely to the advertisement on the platform. We felt like going back! :)

Beautiful house in a quiet and quaint country town. The house is HUGE.. each bedroom is spacey with its own bathroom. Great for families - high chair, cot, lots of toys for young kids and the pool was beautiful. Close to beautiful villages and a few river beaches. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with Carlos' place and enjoyed the stay very much without restrictions. The atmosphere is very quiet and familiar, you are surrounded by nature, and the view of the old part of the town with its aqueduct is beautiful. And in a few minutes' walk you can reach the center with nice restaurants and everything you need. We are happy to recommend it and will also be happy to come back. But then longer than two days!

Quiet village next to Alqueva, perfect for two hot days in early June. The house is huge and beautiful to die for... We loved the sunset in the courtyard, and the sky constantly being torn apart by swallows, storks and peacocks... Perfect for recharging batteries, I knew it. Thank you!

We had a wonderful multi-generational family gathering at Lisa's house. The living room and pool area provided a comfortable gathering place enhanced by the beautiful landscaping and convenient location. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating and even sent photos of the baby crib and highchair in advance to reassure us that our 9 month old grandchild would be comfortable. She helped us plan our day trip to Lisbon, provided a chef, and a wonderful babysitter for our last night dinner out. She was super responsive and friendly and made the whole experience easy. The house is very tastefully furnished and the layout is well designed. Having the heated pool was a special treat. The manual for the house was such a helpful resource with links to recommended sites. We appreciated the effort taken to communicate all the information about the house and area in such an organized way. Thank you Lisa and Peter for a wonderful stay at your lovely Comporta home.

We stayed with friends for 1 week in Lara's accommodation and felt comfortable from the beginning. The house was super clean. Lara was always easily accessible. The facility is very modern and the pool has sun all day! The house absolutely met our expectations. A small minus point from our side: The house is located on a busy, noisy country road in a residential area under construction. You have to expect construction noise. Thank you very much, Lara!! Had a great time!

Stunning gem in the middle of the forest with a fantastic view and a beautiful salt water pool. The perfect place to completely switch off from the stress of everyday life. Monica is a wonderful and very proactive host.

We had a wonderful stay! Just a short summary of pros and cons: + Antonio and Maria were great hosts - communication and help was excellent when needed. They brought fresh bread every morning which means less driving to the next town as a guest - fantastic! The house has an amazing view. which is almost unbeatable. The neighborhood is calm with no hotels/noise. - Compared to the fotos it was a bit smaller and older/with signs of normal use than we expected, but of course its sometimes difficult to tell by pictures. Since its southern Europe, be prepared for some insects (has nothing to do with the accommodation but might be helpful to know) - but Antonio and Maria had us prepared with some mosquito repellents and insecticide sprays. The lower bathroom has a strange smell when the drain hasn't been used regulary - but Antonio offered help immediately after we wold him and eventually it improved . All in all a great stay just with some small hints you should know - thank you again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ahua Portugal, where our host Anne guided us with thoughtful local tips and quick responses. Nestled on a peaceful hillside above Seixe Valley, the modern house had every comfort we needed and felt like the perfect retreat. We were deeply inspired by Anne’s dedication to the land. She has led a reforestation project across her 18-hectare estate, planting over 30,000 cork trees to restore the forest after wildfires. Tip: Do plan to bring a reliable car. The unpaved access roads are best navigated with a vehicle that has good clearance. If you’re seeking a serene, private getaway with a caring, responsive host deeply connected to her land, Ahua Portugal is an exceptional choice! Five stars all the way, and thank you, Anne!

Such a beautiful place near to the beach, local restaurants and scenic spots. Sabine and Ana are very responsive and provided us with local recommendations which helped us a lot to see Sintra when we are in town. It may be tricky if you are driving due to the tight parking space, but other than that everything else is amazing.

Casa de Bandeira is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at. Didn't really know what to expect from Albufeira and it is a bit "lively" with bars etc. in town but this place is a complete oasis. Totally near enough for an easy walk to varied bars and restaurants in five minutes, but very quiet once inside. I'm sure it's easy enough to drive or Uber to supermarkets but there is a Spar a five minute walk away which is small but generally well stocked for convenience. The villa is just beautiful, spotless on arrival and cleaned every other day. Comfortable beds, nice linen and towels. Bathrobes and slippers provided. It is really spacious and you definitely do not feel on top of each other. The absolute piece de resistance though is the rooftop. Equipped with a small fridge, shower and toilet, it is an amazing place to spend the day and/or evening. Originally we decided not to heat the pool (May) but once we decided to do so, we spent hours in there. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Quinta Brigadeiro is a delightful place to stay. We received such a warm welcome from all the family and all the animals. Within five minutes of arrival we were feeding carrots to their donkeys and their dog. The accommodation itself is well designed, understated and uncluttered. It was lovely to be in a peaceful, rural area but with the amenities and attractions of Évora a short drive away. Thank you for sharing, we enjoyed our few days with you.

Fantastic, a lovingly decorated house full of details, a super clean and pleasant space where tranquility reigns, fantastic for a family with the opportunity for thousands of dives 🥰 in an attached outdoor area, great for spending the day in the sun😎.
