The apartment is located in a quiet and central location, from the building there is a descent to the Blue Bay beach, and a 10-minute walk from the separate beach of Kiryat Tza'anan. Also within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shopping centers.

The cabin

The cabin is located in our huge yard in the pastoral Ramat Poleg neighborhood. The neighborhood is located within 15 minutes walking distance to Poleg Beach and Ir Yamim Mall. The yard is shared by the villa, but there is privacy for the guests of the cabin. Access to the courtyard is via an external passageway, independent of the villa. Cabin size 15 m2. Please note! The bathroom and toilet are exterior and are separate from and adjacent to the cabin. The bathroom and toilet are private for the use of the cabin guests, but in order to use it you have to leave the cabin and enter the bathroom. The cabin is equipped with everything you need to stay, enjoy, vacation or work :)

Welcome to Nof Yam Guesthouse, in the heart of the Nof Yam neighbourhood in Herzliya Cozy and spacious double unit, with separate entrance above a private house, in a quiet and pastoral area. The unit spans two floors: on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a small balcony overlooking the eucalyptus grove. This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.
