The Beach Cottage

The Beach Cottage is a self-catering cottage on a working dairy farm within walking distance to the beach. It is only 10km from the EL airport and a 20 minute drive into EL. The cottage has beautiful views of the sea as well as of cows grazing on green pastures. It has a fully functional kitchen. Tea, coffee, fresh farm milk & rusks are provided on arrival. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Please note, own transport advisable as we are on a farm.

Our cottages are located within the 12,000ha Fort Governor's Estate just outside Grahamstown. With fantastic views out to the reserve from the privacy of your own deck, you can enjoy a romantic retreat or a relaxed getaway with a group of friends. So sit back, cool off in the pool, dig your toes into the sea sand of our boma, pour a drink and relax around a roaring fire. PLEASE NOTE : Access to all our lodges is via a farm dirt road. We are a working farm so road conditions are variable

We are centrally situated in this Gem of the Eastern Cape, halfway between Port Elizabeth and East London, aptly named The Sunshine Coast. Port Alfred offers stunning beaches , top notch coffee shops and family restaurants . Take a kayak up the beautiful Kowie River or book a sunrise/ sunset Barge Cruise.

Enchanting cottage, Little Arniston Kaysers Beach

Little Arniston is a charming and cozy cottage, ideal for a family holiday and is a mere 5 minute walk to pristine beaches, rock pools and sand dunes and convenience store. The cottage has two bedrooms as well as a "rumpus/family room" so it is the perfect set-up for 2 families sharing. The rumpus room can sleep two children but is not suitable for adults. There is secure parking, Wi-Fi and TV. We are only 20 minutes from East London Airport and less than 15 minutes to OK Foods

Wild Fig Guest Cottage

Situated in a quiet, tree-lined road in Nahoon Mouth. Our open plan guest cottage offers a queen sized bed with high quality cotton linen, uncapped wifi, a HD smart tv, full DSTV & battery backup for load shedding. A well equipped kitchenette with stove and oven makes self catering easy. For those who enjoy walking and running, we are a short 2km away from Nahoon river and beach. Spar and a selection of great restaurants and coffee shops are also a short walk away.

Our self catering studio, with backup power and aircon, is connected to the main house. It offers a neat and cozy open plan studio style unit with private entrance and private deck. There is remote access and off street parking for 1 vehicle. Double cab bakkies with a tow hitch don’t fit when there’s 2 cars parked in - where on street parking is generally safe in our quiet neighbourhood. Nahoon Beach and river is 1.5km, Spar and restaurants 500m away.

There is an off street designated parking bay.
