My partner and I stayed at Jessica's listing for our annual trip to NYC and absolutely loved the place! We love Bed-Stuy and almost always choose to stay in this neighborhood. Jessica left great recommendations for food and shopping in the area, had a cute little radio playing a local jazz station when we arrived, and made the apartment feel like a home away from home.

Me and my husband absolutely loved our stay at Nehprii’s place in Bed-Stuy! The house is full of character, a beautiful historic space with lots of charm and personality. It felt warm, welcoming, and totally unique. Even though Nehprii lives downstairs, we had complete privacy and felt totally at ease. She was friendly, helpful, and gave us space, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood was perfect: safe and full of great delis, cafés, bars, and restaurants. It was the ideal place to relax after a busy day in Manhattan, calm and local but super well connected. The A and C subway lines were just a short walk away and made getting around the city super easy. Getting to the airport by taxi was also really convenient. If you’re looking for a cozy, creative spot with great vibes and easy access to the city, we totally recommend staying here. We’d love to come back!

This is a comfortable, well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment. It’s not far from the Grand Army Plaza subway stop, which makes it quite easy to get into Manhattan as well as around Brooklyn. Lovely street and neighborhood. The frontroom has one double-bed so it might not be the right layout for a group or family, say, but it worked for me. And there is a private bedroom with a double-bed as well. The small bathroom also might not work for a group of 3 or 4, but was fine for me. I appreciated the responsiveness of Asha’s manager. Everything was done with care.

What a GREAT find! The apartment is walking distance from the subway (Wilson Av) - as in you can't get through a whole song before you are there! - in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of Brooklyn. After reading some of the other reviews - I would like to comment on a few things too. I have lived in Brooklyn so perhaps my standards are different - but those that are tourists - this is for you. This apartment is spacious. This isn't a word used often in NYC. HUGE open space made it feel like a real apartment, big separate bedroom, large shower, a bigger kitchen than I had in my own apartment... HUGE. I didn't even use most of the space and I was there over a long weekend. I found the apartment to be SILENT (couldn't really hear the family upstairs that much, and zero from the outside, the lock of closets made up for the luggage storage, dresser, side tables, and space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Location, location, location... Can't beat it. Endless opportunities for food, drinks, parks and more. The unit was clean, well thought out and fairly large for Brooklyn standards. It was exactly what we were hoping for.

Had a great 2 week stay at Josh and Lance's apartment. The place is incredibly clean, very spacious, and designed very well! Josh and Lance were both kind and friendly, and the apartment is located really close to the train station! Would definitely stay here whenever I visit NYC!

Even nicer than the pictures! We loved the high ceilings and sense of space in the flat. Everything was exceptionally clean, which we appreciated. Adam was very responsive, and helpful. Everything was just perfect. Definitely grab a bagel at The Bagel Pub down the street while you’re there!

Jennifer offers so many nice touches to make you feel at home! The bathroom has qtips, cotton balls, makeup wipes and even a specially designated makeup towel! Great shower water pressure and water gets nice and hot quickly! There were 2 beers and 2 cokes in the fridge, with a welcome note! We were traveling in a large van, and had no trouble parking it directly in front of the apartment, only had to move it for street cleaning on Thursday. Jennifer responded to my questions regarding recommendations, almost immediately. Bus lines and subway station are within walking distance. Catholic Church at the end of the block. Enjoyed our stay!

Classic city brownstone experience ..Deirdre’s space is just as described. Easy walking distance to subway and LIRR. Bagels and Miss Bagel was great , fresh grocery right around the corner. The apartment was quiet, bed comfortable. This really is a city living experience, neighbors chilling on stoops and life happening.

Yoel is AWESOME. And so is his place…if what you are looking for is a clean, cool, private basement room in/near Brooklyn’s Bushwick district. Ensuring that I arrived while it was still daylight so that I could get my bearings is the only thing I would’ve done differently. LOVE how close it is to the MTA! While staying I only had one request - I was low on coffee - and Yoel went out of his way. He did not only address the need. He gave me a unique experience in coffee tasting!

We had a great time staying at wonderful Rhonda’s. She was increasingly helpful and friendly. We used her place as a base to explore Brooklyn and Manhattan. Went to some great local places for food Bar Camillo, Nagels Bagels, Warude, Corto Cafe - and Barbs and Cocktail Bedstuy for drinks. Would recommend them all.

Comfortable and quiet place for a quick Brooklyn getaway.

We were only able to stay for a weekend, but found the accommodations to be more than satisfactory. Benjamin made us feel welcomed, offered assistance with arrival, and provided a wonderful space. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also updated and clean. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area!

Anthony is the best host I’ve ever had! So friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. He has clearly poured ample love and care into the space—it is immaculate, stylish, well-equipped, and truly an easy Williamsburg oasis!

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

Stayed here and used the MTA bus and subway. So much nearby and a great space. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom too.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! The owners are very attentive to your needs- and if you have questions they are answered promptly- couldn’t have asked for better hosts!!🤗 Thanks again for everything.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is just like the photos, and in a lovely neighborhood with grocery, coffee, restaurants, subway, etc. nearby. The bed is super comfortable...amazing water pressure...all located in a quiet building. I would definitely stay here again!
