We had a good time at Ty’s place. While we didn’t end up meeting, he was quick to respond to my messages. His roommate greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. Our room was clean and comfortable, and it included a window A/C unit, which was nice since it was hot outside while we visited. The house was in a fairly quiet neighborhood with some local grocery stores, and it was near the B and D trains for traveling to manhattan easily. It is ~10 minute walk from the 167th St station. Overall, the place was as advertised and was a great value. I’ll definitely look to stay here again whenever I visit New York next.

Stephanie was really kind, sweet and personable. It’s her home but she makes herself invisible when she is there. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves whether she was there or not. We were looking for a spa like retreat and with her beautiful claw foot tub and walk in rainfall shower it felt like a 5 star spa. Bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. Remember this is her home and respect it and her!

Love this place! It offers great value for money. It brought me peace after returning from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan during my stay. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the people are very friendly. The bus right by the house goes directly to Port Authority Bus Terminal, which is super convenient if you’re heading to train stations or anywhere else in Manhattan. Tevhide was super responsive and helpful.

First time staying in the Bronx and i’m glad i chose Vincent’s space. It was a great location. Easy to find, walkable, and very close to public transit if you’re planning to use the bus and train. Vincent met me at the door and was very welcoming. He even provided water in the fridge which i really appreciated and didn’t expect. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows, and it was a good at home feeling. Very clean space and appeared just as listed. Definitely recommend Vincent as a host and his home to vacation to. Thank you Vincent, i will be back🙏🏽.
