The house is 2.5 blocks away from #5 train, Bx12, Bx8 bus; walking distance to restaurants, Pharmacies and Jacobi Hospital. Bronx Zoo, NYC Botanical Garden, and City Island are about 10 minutes driving. The block is quiet and there are plenty of spaces for street parking. Water, Heat, AC, Internet, and Electricity will be provided. This room also has its own bathroom, a mini refrigerator, and a 43 '' Samsung TV. Other areas including living room, dining room and kitchen will be shared.

This is my home where I live. I'll be present during your stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Jacobi Medical Center, Calvary Hospital, the Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center (Hutchinson Campus). If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

Our one and only listing is a private house right in the middle of the Bronx and close to all major attractions such as the the Bronx Zoo, the Bronx Botanical Garden, Fordham Shopping District, and Yankee Stadium to name a few. We are located in a diverse neighborhood with people from all walks of life. Whereas the summer months bring out the cultural aspect to the neighborhood, fall and winter exposes the tranquil bitter chill of the community.

This cozy cottage is in a great location close to restaurants, bars and shops and very close to NYC (2 minute walk to the express bus and 10 minute walk to the metro north). It is located on a quiet family-friendly street. The cottage can fit 5 comfortably. It features two bedrooms with queen size beds and a rollaway single bed, a full bathroom, a kitchen with all of the basic necessities and a cozy living room with vaulted ceilings.

Master Bedroom & comfort, close to NYC

Conveniently located in the Park Hill area, with easy access to public transportation (close to #4 Bus which goes directly to #4 Subway, and #32 Bus to Metro North, 30 minutes to Grand Central). Huge Master bedroom, with a comfy queen-sized bed, private bath, and plenty of space. Parking space available in the street. Late check-in time needs to be confirmed with host or it won't be allowed.

This is a private room with a full-size bed with a side table, dressing table, and closet. Inside the closet we have extra blankets, sheets, fan, and heater. In addition, we have also provided the guest with their own small refrigerator, comfy chair, and a table with breakfast.
