Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance to Mataelpino, a small town that forms part of the same municipal area as Cerceda and El Boalo. It is a separate apartment located on the same property as our house. It has a living room, kitchen and dining room that is heated in winter with a pellet stove, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the room, there is a portable electric radiator. In summer, it is very cool, as a large part of it is built into the rock. The apartment has a private, exclusive, fenced-in garden area with a barbecue, a table and chairs, and some garden chairs to enjoy the sunsets. This is a quiet area surrounded by nature, with many trails and paths for walking and unwinding. We will be delighted to make your stay as pleasant as possible and are available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation.

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... It is a 5-minute drive from La Pedriza, 20 minutes from Puerto de Navacerrada and 35 minutes from Plaza de Castilla (Madrid).
