It features one Queen-size bed and a Lazy Boy Sleeper Sofa with a Full-sized mattress. Clean, quiet, comfortable and private. Come enjoy peaceful country living on our 14-acre mini ranch. The upstairs guest house includes a master suite with a private bathroom, beautiful views of Carmen Valley, large windows for natural light, and vaulted ceilings. Due to large animals and a second-story balcony, this property isn’t suitable for young children. However, non-walking infants may be accepted with prior arrangement at booking. No pets allowed.

It's a spacious one bedroom and one bath house. The kitchen and living room are perfect for cooking and lounging. There is a huge, fenced yard. It’s located in town close to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities.
