Welcome to our home! We built a private studio apartment for you to enjoy! Just 10 minutes from downtown. This stunning property is surrounded by trees, wildlife & sounds from the FB River. We live in the house upstairs and my in-laws live in the other apartment down below. Although your stay will be private, we are here to help if need be, but respect your space and solitude. Please note- there are NO shared air vents in this space. Unit has it’s own A/C, heat. *We had no damage from Helene*

Nestled in the woods, "Arrowhead" cabin offers the best of both worlds. A relaxing country retreat yet close to everything. It is the perfect starting point to a downtown Asheville excursion, just 15 minutes away, and to an endless array of outdoor activities in the Blue Ridge Mountains. 3 miles away is the charming town of Weaverville with its quaint atmosphere, artisan shops and distinctive restaurants. Water is now safe. Please visit and help rebuild AVL! Comfy couch, new linens and fluffy towels. Close to the breweries, restaurants, entertainment, and minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. 8- 10 minute Uber to downtown. You'll have a private entrance to the lower level of this north Asheville home. 2.9 miles to downtown, 0.4 miles to beautiful Beaver Lake, 1 mile to Grove Park Inn. Several excellent restaurants within 1 mile. You’ll have privacy and quiet, & off street parking.

Climb a set of exterior stairs thru your private entrance and enter a bright, airy, modern space with some mid-century charm. You'll be welcomed into the space by beautiful floors made from reclaimed barn wood. An open floor plan includes the living room with 55" smart TV, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a super comfy queen bed, dresser and large walk-in closet. We are 100% solar powered and offer a Level 2 EV charger for guests.

Our beautiful home is on a quiet hillside, 2 miles N. of downtown. Enjoy the privacy of your own suite with a large bedroom, a private bathroom, entrance & mini kitchen. Walk to downtown, hiking trails, botanical gardens, UNCA, a local Saturday farmers market, brewery, eateries & a breathtaking sunset/mtn view. Our whole house water filter system provides glorious chlorine free water for drinking & showering. It's a 20 min walk to town, find hikes right out our door.

We love this beautiful area and are so happy to share it with others! This cozy retreat (with private entrance and parking space!) is the perfect home base for all of your Asheville adventures! Conveniently located in North Asheville, it’s less than ten minutes from downtown, within walking distance to UNCA and central to many breweries and restaurants. This second floor apartment boasts light filled rooms and a tasteful, calming atmosphere. All are welcome:)
