This is a home – not a gite – where our family lived during renovations, and is now open to guests. We offer year-round stays, from 2 days to 3 months, with a country garden and stone firepit for star-gazing in Summer; and log fires and candle-lit suppers during cozy Winter retreats. Charming little mill from the early 19th century located in the heart of the Périgord Vert. A true haven of peace by the river "Le Bandiat" for lovers of fishing and nature. Hiking trails from the mill. Enclosed 2000 m² plot, wooded with terraces, a small outbuilding where you can store your bikes. A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 500 EUROS WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL and will be returned to you if there has been no damage and the cleaning has been done. Pets allowed upon request 🐕

Proche supermarché (à 10mn : Villebois-Lavalette), boulangeries (Dignac à 10mn : excellente avec beaucoup de diversité + pâtisserie ou La Rochebeaucourt à 5mn : moins de choix)

Built ecologically with its burnt wood cladding, its atypical style will not leave you indifferent. You will enjoy its large terrace and stunning views of the pond on sunny days, as well as its interior with its soft and cozy atmosphere, and its wood-burning stove for your long evenings.

Beautiful comfortable cottage, jacuzzi, Brantôme

The cottage "La Petite Maison", 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying here for its comfort and tranquillity, with its south-east-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not fenced). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

In the middle of a property surrounded by woods, less than 20 minutes from the center of Angoulême, we have renovated a wing of our house to accommodate up to 6 people in a warm atmosphere. The site is preserved and guarantees quiet nights. The house is fully equipped and offers comfort and autonomy. It is perfect for relaxing with friends or family during walks in the heart of nature. We remain available to welcome you during your stay.

A stunning Pigeonnier dating from 1666 and forming part of Le Logis de Saint Germain (listed separately). Consisting a living area with a kitchen, separate bedroom and a small bathroom in the tower, with it's amazing ceiling. All is fully modernised, with air conditioning and heating. Access to the small terrace for lazy breakfasts and outside dining.
