Large lot, my personal cottage is on the same property, you are welcome to enjoy the whole space. Ideal for paddle boarding, sea kayaking, wind surfing etc. My mother tongue is English, and I have a working knowledge of French. Only weekly bookings during July and August, Saturday to Saturday.

Here you can relax and enjoy the amazing view of the water and the sunset. Enjoy a nice breakfast on the deck overlooking the water. The fully equipped kitchen have everything you need. Or you can enjoy a nice BBQ on the deck. Something NEW this year is the mini split!! YES you have A/C. Come and cool down on a hot summer day and have a good night sleep. Also new this year is a washing machine and the water pump is now in the well so no more noise in the cottage. Super quiet and relaxing!!

Oceanfront Cottage 20 min to Shediac

This is a two bedroom waterfront cottage on Cocagne Bay. The cottage is on the same property as the owner’s home who live there year round. The homes are seperated by a driveway. Take full advantage of oceanfront living with this cottage that is only minutes from Shediac, Cocagne and Cassie-Cape, where fresh seafood and world class beaches are at your fingertips. Prepare your meals indoors, in the spacious fully equipped kitchen, or cook and dine outside on the private deck with BBQ.

Beach House at Parlee Beach

5 minute walk to Parlee Beach in Beautiful Pointe-du-Chêne. Open concept kitchen has everything you will need. Guests can enjoy dining on the back deck or inside at our large dining table. The screened porch on the front is fantastic for games in the evening and coffee in the morning. Our grass backyard has a fire pit for enjoying a campfire. AIR CONDITIONING, internet TV’s, wifi, sound system, washer and dryer, beach chairs & toys, and parking for two cars complete the experience.

Lobster Lane Cottage: private beach access

Our Lobster Lane cottage is back on the rental market! We have been using it for personal use since 2019. Enjoy fresh seafood and bonfires at night while you experience Atlantic Canada! This cottage is nicely appointed with all you will need during your stay. If you are looking for a quiet summer holiday with a warm, sandy beach this is it! Caissie Cape is well known to locals to have one of the loveliest & cleanest beaches in Southeast New Brunswick.

Sunshine Retreat

Cozy cottage within very short walking distance to private beach. Quiet neighborhood is perfect for a relaxing retreat. Large deck looking toward the sea and sunrise, outdoor eating area, lounge chairs and BBQ (with propane). Fire pit in the backyard to help bring a perfect close to a relaxing day spent on the beach or exploring the surrounding area.

Bright and spacious waterfront cottage, large lot with private beach, children and pets welcome. The perfect spot for sunny sandy beach days, BBQs, sunsets, bonfires and stargazing with family and friends! The cottage has 4 closed bedrooms, 1 master bathroom with tub, 1 bathroom with shower, washer, dryer, dishwasher, BBQ and WiFi.

Weather you are looking for a a romantic getaway or a vacation, this is the perfect destination for you, only 25 min from Moncton, this house is situated on the cocagne river, where you can enjoy peaceful moment, the beautiful romantic sunset views, we are renting only weekly Saturday to the following Saturday.
