Charming farmhouse on the outskirts of Nevers and Magny-Cours, but in a pretty country village. Thanks to its proximity to the motorway (5 km), you can quickly reach Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre for wonderful winery tours, as well as Nevers. Ideal for family gatherings, you can enjoy the swimming pool (not heated), beautiful walks in the forest and a sports field. The house is in the heart of the village.
